Pictures of the before and after along with a recorded report. Thank you ABC Billie Moore is an excellent specialist. He is an expert in this field. He is very thorough and knowledgeable and the system in my house works better than ever after his visit. He gives detailed accounts of what he sees and the work done and thoughtful recommendations to keep it maintained. Thank you Billie and ABC New post. • Our HVAC system is only one year old. We purchased it through ABC and have kept up with all recommended maintenance through them. Despite that, the system failed after just one year. When we submitted a service request, a technician came out and determined that a part needed to be replaced. A follow-up appointment was scheduled, but it was canceled the morning of the appointment. No one contacted us to reschedule, and I had to follow up myself. It ultimately took about a month and a half for a technician to return, only for them to determine that an additional component was broken. We were then told that this issue had likely developed because the original problem had gone unresolved for so long. After another delay, they finally returned and completed the repair. I paid the invoice and believed the matter was resolved. The technician specifically told me that no charges would be due until the work was completed, and when I asked whether the payment covered everything, he confirmed that it did. That is why it was so surprising to later be contacted and told that we owed additional money. The most disappointing part of this experience was the management team. Joel, the HVAC manager in particular, was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help resolve the situation. Multiple times I was told that Joel would call me, yet weeks would pass without any follow-up. The last time I was told to expect a call, he never contacted me at all. To make matters worse, everything should have been covered under warranty. Unfortunately, that warranty feels nearly meaningless when the labor charges are so excessive. From the repeated scheduling issues and lengthy delays to the unexpected additional charges and poor customer service, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Based on how this situation was handled, I cannot recommend ABC HVAC.

• After having the HVAC membership/service for over a year, our experience has significantly changed. I do want to applaud all of the call center representatives, and their positive customer service, as I have never had a bad experience; always treated kindly and respectfully, always a pleasant interaction. However, when it comes to actually needing service, it is a completely different experience. Beyond the department HVAC call representatives, I never was able to get in touch with someone who could provide any real information. We were left for 2 weeks in the dark about a standard part on our AC unit with +90 degree temps in our house; no call back, no information, one generic email stating the part was ordered and we would be called once it arrived for scheduling. I know we are not the only people with issues in Texas summer/heat, but there seemed to be a complete lack of care or regard or sense of urgency once they secured payment. We were able to find a different company who came out day of call to confirm the issue and had the part and repair completed in less than 48 hours.

• Awesome HVAC install! I used ABC to have a new Carrier HVAC system installed. My old system was 20 years old and about to die. I called ABC for an estimate, the price was reasonable and they offered financing in case I needed it. The Bucio brothers arrived and did a great job! They corrected an airflow issue in the attic, installed a new furnace and a new condenser. The brothers were pros, they worked quickly and efficiently and left no mess behind! I would highly recommend ABC Home and Commercial Services to anyone who needs a new HVAC system.

• I scheduled a service online. I have an order # and was charged. When I called ABC for an ETA, I was told I was never added to their calendar. The person I spoke to said ABC online scheduling isn’t reliable and it’s best to call instead of paying ahead online. Good to now and now I’m going into a 107 degree weekend with no upstairs AC. A phone call to say you cannot honor the appointment I paid for would’ve been nice.
