• “I can’t touch this brand new installed unit” I needed a SIMPLE re-mount for my BRAND NEW mini-split that’s from a super reputable brand. But I got some kid calling me to say he can’t even touch the unit because it was so poorly installed. I called another company who came out and got me up and working in less than 30 min. Sorry you couldn’t sell me a brand new unit, Champ. Response: nah we both know that’s incorrect. We knew the unit wasn’t installed in a way that the water could drain outside. That’s all that was needed and communicated to the technician. I’d expect you to waive the fee after obviously not looking at the brand new unit that was installed two days prior to you guys. NOBODY except you Mr company came out. No way the tenant told you multiple companies came out. Thanks for waiving the BS fee.
