  • My plumber was great and he was very knowledgeable. What was unacceptable was that the plumber was 1 hour late on the first day and 3hours late on the second scheduled time. No one called to update on the time to expect my plumber and each time I called to get an update the AI phone service was absolutely no help.

  • The inability to show empathy for a long-time customer with a 2yr old system, blows my mind. Tech dropped a quote over $4k without explaining the part was under warranty or acting like he was on my side. I clarified the parts/labor delineation simply, to which he tried to explain all the little details, as to somehow explain the price. Ended offering a 15% discount if I sign up for an annual svc plan......Called Abacus and they found the same issue, but a $2700 fix instead of $4500. CALL ABACUS!
