• I have gone through many AC companies and have had problems with all of them. Some incompetent, some with poorly trained technicians, some fraudulent, and others simply lacking common sense and motivation to do a good job. UNTIL ATLAS. What a terrific company! Israel and Adonis corrected the erroneous job that was done by another AC company just 4 days earlier. Their fix could not have been more perfect. They rerooted my part of my condensation drain system and installed 3 safety switches and checked things that no other company has. They did a whole lot of improvements which I'm not going to list here. They found other past errors done by other companies which had caused problems up to now. When I first called Atlas, Peter, who answered the phone, could not have been more articulate, transparent, patient, organized and thoroughly trustworthy, reflecting the kind of firm Atlas wants to be. Atlas' website lists all their prices. They are not charging a client what they think they can get away with. Just honest, transparent pricing. I did replace my old system with a new one and am very happy with their recommendation. Israel and Adonis even vacuumed the garage after they finished. What wonderful professionals. I decided to get maintenance service contracts with Atlas for both systems. Kudos to Atlas!

• Israel and Adonis arrived promptly in the morning, and immediately started working on removing the old AC and furnace units. They double checked the air supply numbers necessary for the new unit, and determined that no additional air supply was required, and saved us the cost of installing a new duct. The new units were installed very efficiently, including reinstalling our existing Solaris UV lights, on the new unit. They covered our floors to keep them clean, and we're very courteous. When my blower motor burned out this weekend, I knew it was finally time to bite the bullet, and I called Atlas. They were helpful confirming a quote, I like that they have their prices on their website. Their pricing is competitive, and they got the new system installed fast. The techs (Nathaniel and Delwis) showed up on time. They were polite and worked fast. They were competent with their installation, even improving on a couple things that were done wrong with the prior install, like creating a separation between the furnace closet and the attic space and correcting the condensate outlet location. • I genuinely regret ever choosing this company to install my AC unit. If anyone is looking for a sign to go with a different company, this is it—keep looking. I spent $9,000 upfront, and since then I’ve had to pour thousands more into fixing a system that clearly was never installed or serviced correctly. This is a small, single-story home—there is absolutely no reason this should be this complicated or this consistently broken. It hasn’t even been three years, and I’ve already dealt with at least ten separate issues. At this point, I’ve had to rely on other companies to fix the ongoing problems your team either caused or couldn’t handle. Every technician I’ve brought in has made it very clear that the original work was subpar at best. Now, once again, another part has failed—completely unacceptable for a unit this new. When I called, the woman I spoke to (Abigail, I believe) was dismissive, unhelpful, and clearly uninterested in doing her job. She insisted I “have to” go through Atlas because of some supposed contract tied to the manufacturer warranty, claiming I’d “break the contract” if I didn’t. When I asked her to provide this so-called contract, she brushed me off and said she was moving on to the next caller. That information was completely false. I’ve already had another company come out (again), and not only is my warranty perfectly intact, but they also had plenty to say about the incompetence of the original installation. After confirming there is no such contract with Atlas tied to the manufacturer warranty, it’s clear your company isn’t just delivering poor workmanship—you’re also giving out incorrect and misleading information to customers. This entire experience has been a complete mess: frustrating, unprofessional, and frankly unacceptable. EDIT: I am completely appalled after reading this companies BLATANTLY FALSE response to my review. I absolutely conducted myself with complete professionalism with every person who entered my home. The person quite literally finished his job and left when I received the voicemail from Abigail that he had the part he needed to fix it and would be returning (proof in the photo). THAT IS WHEN I called the company to demand an understanding of my warranty and when she was clearly unprofessional and giving incorrect information. The incompetence and complete lies here should be enough for you to decide to find any other company.
