  • Great services and excellent communication from the team who diagnosed a water pressure problem that turned into a tankless heater replacement. My techs were Matt Sloan, Gabriel Martinez and Jose Sierra.

  • I had a terrible experience with Champion plumbing. Scheduled a plumber to come do a minor fix four days ahead of time. The morning the plumber was scheduled to come. I received a text that they wanted to reschedule. I called to speak to the customer service was transferred to several people before getting to the dispatcher. The dispatcher was extremely rude and nonhelpful. I had used Champion several times in the past with nothing but good service. Will not use them again.

  • Just had Champion come out a second time to fix a different leak, and once again came out and completed the work in less than 24 hours. This one was hard to find but the team stayed on site and called more people to come out to make sure it got done. Great job!

  • Wow I didn’t think customer service like this existed anymore. Our faucet in our tub broke (while on) and the valve to our main water line corroded so we couldn’t shut it off. They ended up moving their schedule around to get someone here immediately (something none of the other companies eve considered), then they sent us a text with a photo of the tech that was arriving and a bit about him (shows they care about us feeling safe and also their team by providing a bit about their personal interests) -that is a fantastic touch! The tech was fabulous!! Really really nice guy, he fixed the problem working a timely manner and helped us find coupons for the service. I truly don’t k know how they could have done any better as a company! We are very satisfied and will use them again if we are ever in need!!!

  • Scroll to bottom for a Summary: Had a bad experience with Texas Comfort Air when our AC went out on a Sunday and called their "24/7" service line and nobody picked up. Called multiple times and nobody answered so I left a voicemail and put in a request online. Monday by 10am, still no call back so I called about 4-5 times before they finally answered where they said they could get a technician out same day. I thought "great! We should have this thing fixed in no time." That was true. Technician came out, said it was a capacitor and since my system was less than 3 years old and still under warranty, it should be fairly cheap. Well it wasn't. They charged $580 for a $23 part and 20 minutes to fix even though it's under warranty and they were the company that installed the unit! Had to reach out again and they finally refunded $193 for the part only. I went on Amazon and found the exact same part (brand, model# and everything) for $23, so I bought an extra in case this happens again. After paying that $580, I didn't get a receipt, no photos, no nothing. They didn't even come inside to check anything else. Even now, I have received no documentation of any sort. Fast forward a week later, the AC is still not working and goes out again the following Sunday. I called Champion AC and they picked up immediately and scheduled me for Tuesday since they were booked. Tuesday came and the technician (Alex) came out and the first thing they did was come inside and check the thermostat, the evaporator and all the interior equipment and took pictures. Alex goes outside, checks everything while taking photos of everything he's finding and inspecting and finds there's a refrigerant leak! A leak that should have been found a week ago, but wasn't. Alex (the technician from Champion) then called a few people including Lennox (the manufacturer) to make sure they had the part on hand. He also listed off to me exactly what was covered under warranty and what was still going to cost out of pocket. Not thrilled about the price out of pocket, but given the circumstance and how ridiculously expensive Texas Comfort Air was, I was satisfied. I signed up for Champion's membership as well to cover regular maintenance, discounts on repair and so on. Part was ordered and will be installed tomorrow morning. Shortly after, I received an email with all the documentation including the warranty claim for the part, an invoice with a full breakdown of everything being done, costs, and also they included the photos that Alex took of everything and a video for proof of the leak and the issue being resolved. Overall, Champion AC compared to Texas Comfort Air is night and day difference. Champion is what you'd expect from a well-run HVAC and plumbing company with them trying to actually service and inspect the equipment with professionalism and courtesy, while Texas Comfort Air is like fly-by-night knockoff trying to make a quick buck and disappear. Edit #2: Since signing up for Champion's service membership, I scheduled a routine plumbing inspection and water heater drain and maintenance. The technician that came out was Thomas Amstutz and he was very professional, courteous, showed up RIGHT on time, and did the insurrection and water heater drain in no time at all. So far, every experience I've had with Champion has been stellar and I've recommended them to many friends, family and coworkers. I also strongly recommend anyone reading this extremely long review to check them out. Edit# 3 Had to contact Champion yet again for repair on our POS Lennox HVAC. Turns out there's a leak (yet again) in the reversing valve and in the indoor evaporator coil. So we have to spend another few thousand dollars fixing it. The only reason I'm dropping one star is because of the price of just labor. Parts are covered under warranty, but to replace and repair these two parts is very high. They quoted me a whole new system as well, and so far, it is BY FAR the most expensive quote I've received.
