Called in the morning for a service on 2 broken residential units and had a serviceman at my house within 2 hours. He worked hard diagnosing our problems, even in the rain it didn’t stop him. Of course the parts that were needed had to be ordered, but the guys were back the next day making our house cool again. Thank you so much for your hard work and timely efforts. Highly recommended.

I had no choice to choose service earlier as it was through home warranty company. Been using company for over 7 years. Techs are great, but company charges you a service fee even if you authorize the repair. $914 to replace a blower is ridiculous.

If only all my service calls went as well as this one, life would be a lot easier. I called Lakeway to service a cooling problem. They assured a next day service would occur if they couldn’t fit me in on the same day. The next day I got a call they were coming did early in the day. My A/C was charged without issue and it was over like that. I’m going to continue to use them. You should give them a try!

I had an excellent experience with Ray at Lakeway AC & Heating. I called Lakeway AC & Heating for a second opinion after another company diagnosed our compressor as failing and recommended a $2,000 replacement. Ray took the time to properly troubleshoot the system and discovered that the compressor was not the problem at all. He fixed the issue in about 20 minutes, and our AC is now running and cooling perfectly. I am so grateful that we called Ray before moving forward with an unnecessary and expensive repair. He was knowledgeable, thorough, honest, and professional. It is incredibly reassuring to find an HVAC technician you can trust. I would absolutely recommend Ray and Lakeway AC & Heating and will definitely be calling him for our HVAC needs in the future.

Ray at Lakeway Air is exceptional! He knows his stuff, he likes what he does and it shows! He expertly diagnosed our issue and recommend appropriate repairs where others were trying to just sell us new units. My a/c went out Monday evening, the company I used to install it 7 years ago couldn’t get here till Wednesday afternoon. They came out and said I needed a new air handler motor. They said they would send a request for someone to order it and couldn’t tell me when I could expect to have the motor or when it could be put in. I called lakeway AC Thursday morning and told them my story and by 3 pm that day they came with the motor and put it in and for 300 dollars cheaper than my current company. God bless you!!
