I have been 100% satisfied with the ABA team, from the front desk, to the communication the day of install, to the professionalism of the technician. No one wants to have to replace their AC (especially in the summer). But Morgan, Randy, Keegan and the install team made it less chaotic and stressful. Also, the house feels great now! Thank you ABA! ABA went out of their way to make us happy people. They replaced our AC unit and then gave me a new thermostat . It worked, but would not connect to my phone in order to be able to change the temperature remotely. They ended up having to buy me another thermostat—at no charge to us- and come out twice to get it working as our alarm company was also connected to this process. They did it all with a smile. We appreciate them very much and plan to keep using them in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Logan Wells at ABA Heating and Cooling. He is genuinely one of the best service technicians I’ve ever worked with. My AC issue popped up late at night, and Logan was able to come out the very next day. He was incredibly communicative from the start, letting me know when he was about 30 minutes away and keeping me updated throughout the entire process. He took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the system, figured out exactly what was wrong, then drove out to get the part he needed, came all the way back, and got everything up and running again that same visit — all while it was absolutely POURING rain outside. He never rushed the job or acted inconvenienced and made sure everything was completely resolved before he left. What really stands out about Logan is that he doesn’t just show up, do the bare minimum, and leave. He is thorough, knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes a lot of pride in doing the job right. He also explains what he’s doing in a way that actually makes sense, which I really appreciate. This also isn’t my first experience with Logan — he has helped me before, and every single interaction has been excellent. On top of being great at his job, he is just an incredibly nice, trustworthy guy and exactly the kind of person you want showing up at your house when something goes wrong. ABA is VERY lucky to have him. If you have the option to request Logan, DO IT. Truly 10/10 service and I could not recommend him more highly.

Brandon fit in the stop at the end of the day coming from across town after 6:00 to get my AC back up and running including climbing up on a tall steep roof and worked efficiently and effectively. My house cooled off from 86 degrees to normal temperature before bedtime. Brandon’s efforts were appreciated!

I couldn't be happier with the new AC system installation from ABA. From start to finish, they proved to be professional and dedicated to doing the job right. The installation quality itself is where ABA really outshines the competition. I live in an apartment complex where several other AC units were recently replaced by different companies, and the difference in craftsmanship is night and day. ABA took the extra step to wrap my exterior refrigerant lines in a protective foil radiant and UV barrier, while all my neighbors' lines were left with bare black foam that will eventually dry rot in the Texas sun. My new Bryant unit is set up perfectly, the site was left clean, and they didn't cut any corners. If you want a company that delivers superior technical work and sweats the details, I highly recommend ABA.

ABA did a fabulous job on my AC repair! They came out to work on my AC just a few hours after me making the call. Professional and experienced staff that was able to diagnose and clearly explain the problem to me. In addition, pricing seemed fair and affordable. They could have easily upsold me on getting a new unit, both units are over 10 years old. I totally recommend these guys!

I had Logan come out to my house to fix my A/C that was not blowing cold air. He identified the problem pretty quickly, and while he was at it, also identified other problems with my current A/C setup. His communication was great, and I didn't feel like the pricing he gave me was bad, but I also had no other pricing to go off of. I did find that ABA's service fee was about half the price of another company that I contacted. I found Logan to be really knowledgeable, and I didn't feel like his explanations were hard to understand as layman. I was also able to get another quote for some plenum work in the future. I again didn't think that the pricing was terrible. Attached is a statement of work that occurred. Going off of everything that I experienced and know, I would use ABA again.
