Mike Lira was very thorough inspecting my furnace. He showed me pictures of two problems and I decided to take care of those today. In addition Jayden inspected the attic and found the insulation was very old and inefficient so he showed me several plans for financing. I decided on doing the upgrade on the insulation. Both service technicians were very knowledgeable and professional.

Today we had an air purifier, ionizer, control panel, and inline filter installed in our HVAC. Roni did a great job walking me through the installation and showing me how the parts worked together. He noticed we'd not had our heater checked and stayed extra time in the increasingly hot attic to do the job. That's service!

Technicians E. J.and Jason Were professional as they did my semi annual AC check and recommended some modifications to better the air quality in my house. While the price was very high, they explained the reasons for it and were very helpful. They were very knowledgeable about the whole process and what they were recommending, and I appreciated that. EJ also left me a brochure to read after they Left my house. They did not do any of the services listed below. It was a semi annual check of my AC system. I have not yet paid for the modifications to my AC to improve the air quality in my house, but I did agree to have them done. Both men were very well-versed in their professions, and I appreciated their knowledge. I hope you will tip them both with a free lunch. I haven’t paid anything yet, until they do the work.

This was a check of our heat pump. It was a service that was no cost. Scott did a great check. He found a water leak onto the filter that will have to be watched to see if it gets larger. Good to know.

I joined Service Wizard’s annual member program where they do multiple visits to your home to inspect your plumbing and HVAC. So far I have engaged with really great techs. Ekzavier did my first HVAC maintenance visit and came by yesterday to do the second visit. He was professional and provided me a recap of what he looked at and how everything was functioning. He made some suggestions based on what we discussed and I approved one of them. Very pleased with this program

Checked out hvac unit @ $90, where no parts or coolant needed. Included pouring vinegar down condensate pan drain tube and blowing out the drain using compressed air.
