• I used the Austin Energy Rebate program and found Solution Finders AC & Heating from the long list of contractors. Solution Finders AC & Heating came out and inspected my house and recommended what would best serve our needs. Out of the many different contractors, Alfonso and Francisco explained everything the best in detail of what and how everything would be replaced to run the most efficient cooling and heating system. Alfonso and his crew were very courteous and professional and did an EXCELLENT JOB in the installation of my system. A week later Alfonso and another one of his techs came and did another inspection to make sure nothing was missed in the process (nothing was). • One of the best decisions I’ve ever made as a homeowner was choosing The Solution Finders to replace my HVAC unit and ductwork through Austin Energy’s Home Energy Savings program. The list of approved contractors included companies large and small, and I got estimates from several. None compared to The Solution Finders and owner Alfonso, from his comprehensive evaluation of my 43 year old home at his original visit, to his detailed proposal. With other contractors I got a generalized, sometimes vague estimate. Alfonso detailed each and every thing they would do, and included some things that other companies considered as extras into his basic proposal. Icing on the cake…..The Solution Finders proposal ended up being the best value by far. From start to finish Alfonso was hands on, and every member of the team was professional, friendly, and so helpful. A huge thanks to each and every person who worked on my job. A really nice, hardworking group. The HVAC install and ductwork replacement were conveniently scheduled and completed timely (the Austin Energy inspector commented on the extras he noticed and how immaculate the final product was), and The Solution Finders coordinated all with Austin Energy to complete the rebate process. Now my home is comfortable and I have peace of mind in knowing I have a great new system, properly installed, that will be supported by this oh so excellent team. • We chose Solution Finders as our contractor for Austin Energy's Home Energy Savings Program, and we highly recommend them to anyone else going through the program. We fully replaced out duct system and our attic insulation, got a couple solar screens, and did the comprehensive piece (our HVAC system was only 2 years old so not eligible). We got bids from 6 different participating contractors. Solution Finders had an extremely competitive bid, was able to effectively address a couple problems that no other contractor could, and overall gave us a lot of confidence in a smooth experience. And they delivered! Francisco and his whole crew were extremely pleasant to work with, they came back to address a couple things we noticed after the initial install, passed the Austin Energy inspection on the first try, and our rebate ended up being higher than what they'd initially quoted. • UPDATE: Once again I'm blown away by how awesome the service is from this team. Francisco came out and fixed a problem that, embarrassingly, I created. That float switch needs to be seated all the way down in the tube, FYI, or it doesn't really work. I wasn't pushing it back down all the way when I put vinegar solution through for maintenance. Live and learn. A backed up drain line thankfully only made my filter soggy and made a very small leak underneath that was easy to clean up. It could have been so much worse. While Francisco was here, he checked out everything else and made sure everything was working well. The Solution Finders are so professional that I feel more confident about the equipment I own after they leave. ### I can't say enough great things about The Solution Finders! We decided to do an Austin Energy audit and chose The Solution Finders as our HVAC contractor after talking to 6 other companies. From the moment Alfonso stepped into our home to the day everything was done, the level of service was extraordinary. They were the only company to go from room to room and actually ask us how the room felt to us, was it comfortable, how was the airflow compared to what we'd like it to be, etc. They measured everything, explained every recommendation thoroughly. Their bid (and invoice) was detailed. Not just a few short line items without explanation. Every other bid we received was basically "all vibes, no math" so I had no idea what I would actually be paying for. There were no questions with The Solution Finders. Not only did they do much more than the other contractors bid to do, they came in lower priced than most of the competition. Every member of the team was professional and competent. I'll be recommending them to my friends in the neighborhood who are looking at getting the same work done!

• Alfonso and Francisco were the best HVAC professionals I had the pleasure to do business with to replace my entire home HVAC system. I went through 4 different companies to get an inspection/quote and what was different is that Francisco turned this into a science lesson - taking me into the attic, showing me the air flow metrics he's found and explaining in detail some of the pain-points of my current system. That level of explaination showed they didn't need to give a sales pitch (like other companies) but they showed me the real reason behind my complaints. • I can't recommend solution Finders enough. Alfonso came out and bid the job himself where others sent sales people. When I explained the issues we were having with hot spots in the house, he walked around and took measurements and he made great recommendations for fixing them without upgrading to a more expensive unit. We had two units replaced and and the guys were on time, curteous, and in and out in 2 days. When one of the systems wasn't working correctly after about two weeks, Alfonso came out same day and fixed it. If you want someone who's going to come out and find actual lasting solutions to your HVAC problems, I'd give them a call.
