• I cannot recommend this HVAC company enough! Our AC stopped working on one of the hottest days, and they sent a technician out quickly. He was polite, wore shoe covers, and diagnosed the issue within minutes. Instead of trying to upsell us on a brand-new system, he was completely honest and fixed the actual problem for a very fair price. Our home is cool again, and the customer service was top-notch from start to finish. Five stars!

• I can’t recommend this company enough! They replaced our downstairs unit earlier this summer. We had more than a few quotes from other companies but chose Garrett (the owner) and his team not necessarily due to the price (they were very competitive) but due to the the responsiveness of Garrett and Tracy to the many questions we had, and because of conversations we had. Garrett did the install himself. The install went great and unit has worked flawlessly. This would have been enough to get a 5 star review from me. But then today our other unit stopped working on 95 degree humid day. I texted them late this afternoon (Saturday) and he responded right away and was able to come by before the end of the day. It turns out that all it needed was a capacitor switched out. He did the job right away, charged us a minimal amount and restored our ancient unit to working order. He didn’t try to sell us anything and was completely honest with what was going. When that unit finally dies, I won’t be calling anybody else. Thank you Garrett and Tracy for being the best. Always Cool is very very cool indeed.
