Disappointing experience with Able Plumbing regarding a sudden notification of an unexpected charge. About seven months ago, we had several companies, including Able Plumbing, assess our water heater. I don’t dispute that their technician may have visited, but as I recall, it was only a brief look with no repair, replacement, or other work performed. From all the technicians, their general quick recommendation was simply to rent a water heater, which we ultimately did. For approximately seven months, I did not receive any invoice, reminder, or notice of an outstanding balance. The first time I became aware of this charge was yesterday, when I received a phone call from a person who identified herself as Janet Petrine. During that call, the possibility of the account being sent to collections was also mentioned. I called back to clarify the matter. During that conversation, I was told that the technician should have collected payment at the time of the visit and that it was also possible that mailed notices may not have been received. I requested that they provide any authorization records or documentation showing what I agreed to so that I can review them, or that they consider clearing the charge. I am currently waiting for their email and will update this review once I have an update or if the issue is resolved.

As a condominium, Able Plumbing and Heating consistently provide expert service, in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price. Though we have used other companies in the past, none compare to Able Plumbing and Heating. Highly recommend them!

From the initial contact with the friendly and caring receptionist if you are looking for quality product and service look no further. The manager Jeff with his house visit to estimate to the instillation guys Christian and Andrew we could not have been more pleased. They explained the entire installation process and operating features. Upon installation the place was left spotless. Imagine after having to remove an old ceiling panel resulted in a few finger prints and they wanted to send out someone to do a touch up with paint.Almost unheard of course we declined.

I have been house sitting for my in-laws the past few weeks and every day I was showering, the shower head would scream into my ear. In a persons life, showering is typically a time of relaxation and this was horrifying to me. I decided to talk with a plumber from Able Plumbing in order to find out the problem. I described the issue and before I could finish my sentence they knew what the problem was. Handsome Dave walked through the doors of my house, confirmed what he already knew to be true, and replaced the tub spout. He explained with ease that it was a faulty diverter and was a simple fix. He left and the problem was solved completely. When speaking with my wife, she informed me the shower had been making this noise for 13 years and in moments, Handsome Dave came into our lives and left it forever changed. Thank you Able Plumbing and thank you David. I will be taking credit for this when I tell my in-laws about it and only raising my stock in the family.

10/10. Able services the apartment complex I live in. My water heater was broken, the tech called me while I was out and by the time I was home less than an hour later, job was done. Plus, the install looks very nice, most places wouldn't care like that when installing into a rental. They left 0 mess and hot water for days!!! Thanks Able 😀

Logan from Able Plumbing is the man!! Two plumbers 1/2 hour before, were unable to find the water leak, gave up, AND LEFT???? Logan from Able plumbing met me at my business in 10 minutes, and within another two min found the leak and started the fix. In 2 hours replaced the faulty valve/pipe, cleaned up, and wished us a good day. A real professional.

We exclusively use Able for all of our furnace, air conditioning, and plumbing needs. They first put in our air conditioner a few years ago, and were able to schedule us just before a terrible heatwave, saving us a ton of pain. Then we had our furnace break and they replaced it and came and helped when there were extremely minor issues in the winter, even though those issues were more related to our old building. And most recently, they were able to show up and fix a very minor plumbing issue for us extremely quickly. I'll always call Able first before anyone else

Able (Vaughn and crew), were able to get me back in heat when my old boiler kicked the bucket 😒. I was nothing but impressed with the work and the manner of how the work was conducted. The gas inspector also had to point out how well the job was done! Really felt looked after by everyone at able!!!

Had Able install a R.O water system in my house and two weeks later it quit working for no reason I called Able and they came out right away to trouble shoot the problem and it was a faulty unit. They replaced it with a new one right away. I highly recommend them to anyone, they stand behind there work 100 percent. They also installed my furnace and water heater. I couldn't be happier with there professionalism. Very friendly staff.

Installed taps in Bathtub, they are not installed right, the shower head is not hooked up. And the taps are leaking. She then took Pea trap off of sink to see if plugged, no towel under. Left floor and wall sink a mess. Really would appreciate at the least come in install correctly.
