At first there were a couple of mix ups on the initial inspection date/time but that issue was quickly resolved. I ended up hiring Arrow P&H to remove and replace a 25+ yr. old mid efficiency furnace with a new high efficiency furnace. The technician and his assistant arrived on time and the removal/installation went OK. They had completed the job by 3:30 in the afternoon and after cleaning up, left. By the second day morning we noticed we had no hot water to shower. They had shut off the water tank heater while working on the gas lines for the furnace and forgot to turn the heater back on. I purchased a new thermostat the next day but had to request a separate service call to get it installed as the wiring in the furnace left me with some double of my electrical prowess and I didn't want to take the chance of me frying the furnace mother board. It's a two week delay but that's my fault for not having the thermostat on hand the day the furnace was installed.

Absolutely Fantastic experience with arrow plumbing and heating! Jodi at dispatch was incredibly friendly, and professional. She took the time to get all of my information and, even though they were busy, she was able to squeeze in an appointment for me. Her response time was amazing and made the whole experience stress free. Brayden was also fantastic! He was super friendly and unbelievably fast. He did an excellent job and would recommend him to anyone! From the first call to the completed job, the service was outstanding! I really appreciate them going above and beyond to help me out last minute. Austin is amazing, I feel super comfortable with him because he really knows what he's doing and it shows, he just finished a full service on my furnace. I called Arrow to do this work because they came to my rescue a few weeks ago in the middle of the night when my furnace quit, Austin helped me out then so I brought them back for more work. I'll be calling them again for sure! Experience is everything folks! Update to my review because I can't post a new one - I now also want to commend Derek from Arrow and his knowledge of furnaces and everything else I ask his advice on. He is incredibly helpful and extremely professional. He gives me peace of mind every time he does a call out. Talk about experience, Derek has it.

I was rescheduled for initial appointment to service the furnace due to technician calling in sick which is understandable. Then I received a call again to have second appointment rescheduled because technician had an emergency and called in. It is understandable that there can be emergencies but if you are not able to come to the 2nd appointment, another technician should be arranged to cover up. I had given notice to my tenants twice and also took time off from my job to be at home at the appointments. It would have been nice if a cover technician was arranged instead of rescheduling twice.
