These guys are the best going above and beyond. A simple faucet repair turned into a small Reno lol. Complete faucet and shower replacement which the had to access through the closet. Shown is the new system and access panel. They worked long and hard to finish, stuck to the estimated amount and even cleaned up after. Love these guys would recommend hands down!

I was really struggling to get in a faucet while putting up a new tub surround in the old house I recently moved into. The hook up was in an awkward position, I didn't have a lot of tools so I was using sharkbites, I was showering at the Fieldhouse and just going absolutely around the bend. I had a really easy time booking an appointment with Family Plumbing, and Jeremy arrived on time, checked the work I'd already done, put in a better stub out than I was prepared to, finished the installation and made sure everything was working properly with no leaks within the first hour. I really appreciate being able to get such professional help with the most technically challenging part of the project with some encouragement for the parts I was handling (like caulking all the seams). Truly great service and I would not hesitate to call them again. Also, it's very nice when people coming into your home are friendly to the dog, just an extra bonus on stellar work! Update, a couple years later I wanted to replace the toilet and change out a few cosmetic things (sink faucet, bidet wand, tub stopper) as well as add some safety shutoffs so if I do have any problems in the future I can limit the damage. This time Brenden came out, listened carefully to all the changes I wanted to make, asked great questions about what I was looking for in a toilet, and completed all the work exactly as I was hoping it would be done within a few hours, did a great cleanup, walked me through all the changes and where to watch for leaks for the next 24 hrs (saying they would come back out to correct if necessary) all at a very reasonable price. I continue to be very satisfied with this company, and they will be my go to for plumbing.
