Kyle and Devin did great work. They replaced the leaking taps for outdoor water and the main water shut off valve. Everything was done in just over an hour. Office admin was friendly, answered my questions and very helpful coordinating with city to turn off the water so work could done in timely manner. Bit of confusion with billing at the end but got it sorted. Thank you Top of the Line team.

With the Heat Wave and New Coolant change, I was grateful to have my existing unit assessed, then replaced with a brand new unit with a 20 yr warranty for a very good price (you could buy 10 additional after the units 10 year factory warranty for an additional $500.00). The technicians were very good at explaining everything and their customer was very nice and professional and fully explained every part of the process, as someone who has never had to replace any major appliances in my various past homes. Would highly recommend them for others no matter the service they provide, I used them to recharge my AC coolant at my old house 5 years ago or so and my mom referred me to them, because as a now retired realtor, she has seen their work and has been using them personally for her house for over 20 years and has had used them continuously with no complaints as well!
