My AC/furnace died on a very hot day. It smelled of burning metal/wiring. I was very alarmed and called 3 Star at 6:00 p.m. Andre and Matt were here at 8:00 the next morning. They were friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and wonderful in every way. They had my furnace fixed in under 2 hours. I cannot recommend 3 Star Plumbing & Heating strongly enough. Thank you 3 Star.

Super fast a friendly service. My furnace quit so I called them Friday at 8 AM. They were at my house before 8:30. Diagnosed and fixed in an hour. I like to talk. Even though these guys were busy with other jobs at the same time as mine, they still took the time to stop and just chat with me about various things. Old school type customer service. Super nice people. Will definitely use again.

My furnace wouldn't start in winter. I looked up who to call on reddit and 3 star plumbing had very good testimonials. I called them after hours and he checked out my furnace. I said "I will leave you to do your work," because I didn't want to be in the way. He invited me to stay and we chatted through the whole process. He let me know what was wrong and what he needed to fix it. He even explained how the old furnaces were simpler and cheaper to repair than the new ones being sold today. He got it done in a little over an hour and was able to replace the problem issue with a new part (sensor or electrical issue). He explained how the furnace room worked even though it was not related to the problem. Excellent service and I will call them anytime I need work.

Over priced service.Will never call them again. They know the job,agree with that but came with an apprentice who did nothing but stand there and watchig the other person do the job, do some chit chat after their work.I thought they are being friendly but charged hourly rate for tht too and also 100$ for the apprentice who stand there doing chit chat with us. Such a rip off!!

I had my AC installed by 3 Star about five years ago and they were amazing, so I called them for a furnace inspection last week. Everything was good except I needed a relatively cheap replacement part for my furnace. They were professional and explained everything in detail. The service was tidy and efficient. I would recommend this company to anyone I know for a trustworthy, reliable, company!

Called 3 Star Plumbing & Heating after finding a gas leak. Andre and Matt came that afternoon. Andre is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and explained what needed to be done. Within a half hour, leak was fixed, my water heater restarted and set, and the area cleaned up. Excellent attention to detail. Brutal service. The receptionist and Andre were rude. The receptionist actually hung up on me mid question. Andre gave us false advice. Will never call them for any service. Stay clear. Call anyone else instead- I'd recommend family plumbing and heating.

There are a lot of plumbing and heating companies in Regina but few that give the quality service and expertise that 3 Star does. As a customer, Andre has rescued my furnace issue in the dead cold of winter and recently installed a power vented water heater when my rental one leaked all over my basement. As a home inspector, I’ve learned so much about all things plumbing and heating from Andre making my services better. Thank you 3 Star for another thing well done!

New home owner, had an ac unit with a leak. Called 3 star who came and replaced the hose. And was hit with a $350 bill, now I don’t know if this was reasonable or not but it seemed unreasonable to me at the time so I asked them to explain the charges and once they did explain how they came to the price I accepted. I called them again this year since they were familiar with the unit and Andres response was “your the one that had issues with the bill last year? Bye.” Very unprofessional and ungracious to new customers - reply to their response No it wasn’t more extensive than replacing a hose, he also sprayed coils with a spray can but that’s hardly strenuous work and all I said was it would have been nice to be informed of the costs before hand. But once again, after the charges were explained I thanked them and moved on. A year later I obviously didn’t hold resentment towards them if I was contacting them again, and it was just a simple text message asking a simple question I didn’t think it was such a big deal. Just a non-classy company, and it’s obviously not just me based on their ratings. Atleast we know what the ‘3 star’ in ‘3 star plumbing’ means now

They ran a radio campaign and a lovely resident of Regina won. They gave her the run around for many months then started the job one day and straight up left it and refused to do the work. So unprofessional and terrible. Many better companies. Avoid avoid, avoid!

If you have lots and lots of money, and you'd love to just give it away to someone who doesn't show one bit of concern for customers other than how much money is in their wallet that can be billed, then you have found the right place to call.

Read the google reviews people , I wish I did before going with this company!!! We needed a new furnace. So we called 3 star . They gave us a good quote so we went with them. They installed the furnace and then not even one winter into the new furnace it quit working. So we called three-star just to find out that we have no warranty on our furnace, but we needed it fixed so they came out and fixed it. Then was billed a ridiculous amount for them to come outside the city. He charged us for him using his tools( a screwdriver)which was in his back pocket anyway. Then said it was after hours so got charged a higher rate . Well 4pm is after hours??? Never will I use 3 star and with working in a bank I see 100s of people a day, and will be sharing my experience. Never ever use this company, he’s a joke and his wife is just the same .

AC unit decided to quit on the first hot day of the year, gave Andre a call after being referred by family member. I could not have been more impressed with the expertise and service provided. Andre came out within an hour of the call, explained what whats being done and why. With a smile on his face the whole time, this man loves what he does! In short order the AC was up and running (dramatically more efficiently as well - saving $$$!). Recommended different furnace filters; Nancy swung by to drop them over later in the afternoon. This is the type of service you can only hope for when your in a tough spot! Thanks again 3 Star Pluming & Heating!
