Top notch service from this company. They came out and quoted me on repairing my 25+ yo mid efficient furnace and also gave me an estimate for the replacement of it, with a high efficient. Price wise ...a couple hundred more than my existing mid eff. Furnace installed 25+yo. Erica was wonderfull on getting things rolling, scheduling etc. Ryan & Trey did an awesome job with the install job,and very friendly from start to finish! Garbage and old furnace removed, drop mat into my basement that wasn't even fully finished? Did it anyway. Ryan also explained the issues this new furnace may face, with blocked pipes coming out the side of your house rather than chimney...keep them clear of ice,snow & debre. Many other things such as water heater etc.I Highly recommend this company!

This place is awesome. Twice now I've called to ask for a technician to come by to look at a problem that I thought I was having with my furnace and both times I was walked through a few trouble shooting steps that fixed my issue. Very grateful for that. And when I did have an actual issue with my air conditioner a few years ago they came out right away, repaired it quickly and at a reasonable cost. Professional Plumbing &Heating installed a new Furnace and an HRV Unit for me two years ago. I was very pleased with their work so I had them install a new Humidifer on my furnace ductwork.Terry did a great job !! He removed my old Humidifer installed the new one and cleaned up. He explained the operation of the new Humidifer to me and suggested monitoring of the humidity control.He did a furnace inspection and tune up. I will probably need a new Air Conditioner soon. I will be calling Professional plumbing & Heating to do the replacement. They are a very reliable Company and provide Great service. We Thank you.

Called last night. When was -30 out and my furnace died. Got a hold of somebody right away to see if they had the part that I needed. Didn't waste time and try to sell me a service fee that I didn't need. After a quick call back notified me that they can not get the part till the morning by 10:30 the next day my furnace was up and running very professional just like the name States called some bigger companies that aren't even based out of here and just wasted my time. A few weeks ago, our furnace started failing, and as it turns out, the heat exchange was cracked. Every plumbing and heating establishment that we contacted had unreasonable prices, or they couldn't come out for 48-72hrs. However, Professional Plumbing & Heating made sure to get their technician (Jamee) to come out that evening, and they offered a competitive and reasonable price. This alone earns them a five-star rating. We still needed a new furnace, and our experience didn't end there. Erica, who we spoke to the night that we called, was the main point of contact during our entire experience. She is a prime example of what true customer service looks like from a business perspective. Erica walked us through every step of the process and took her time pricing out our unit to ensure that it fit our budget. Also, she registered our product and applied for our rebate! The installation process was challenging, but Terry, Ryan, and Craig made it look easy. They entertained every question we had along the way, and this was truly appreciated because we know they had a big job to finish. This crew laid down drop sheets, took their shoes off every time they came in the house, and they tried to be as quiet as possible since my wife and I had to work from home. I can't thank them enough for the time they took to get the job done right and for bringing heat back into our home. From beginning to end, Professional Plumbing & Heating deserves a five-star rating in every aspect of this review. Do not hesitate to choose this locally owned business.

Great experience from initial quote to final install. I had a new furnace, AC and thermostat installed. Techs arrived on time put down drop clothes. They removed old equipment installed new furnace ac coil and outside ac unit. Very neat job. They left worksite clean and tidy. They also answered any questions I had. Communication with office is easy and prompt. Overall a great experience. Would recommend to anybody if you have work to be done put Professional on your list.
