• Lance was an absolute professional. His team was timely and extremely thorough. They worked through all the installation issues and made sure we had a great product. Plus he was honest and more than competitive on the price. Now I am saving almost $150 a month on my bill, and I never felt like I was dealing with a salesman. • I have to say, as someone who has lived here since 96 and a homeowner since, i have had SEVERAL A/C companies do work and A/C replacements for me. NEVER again will i call someone other than Lance with ABSOLUTE AIR! He is honest, does great work, fast response, AND very reasonable. In fact he charged way less than anyone i’ve come in contact with. Try him out and see for yourself! Nothing worse than companies either intentionally charging more OR a company that has to charge more due to having loads of debt with their company. • 5 Stars — Lance is the definition of honest service I called about an issue with my AC unit and Lance was able to come out on a Sunday, which already set the tone for the kind of service he provides. After diagnosing the unit, he found a piece of foam that had gotten lodged in the blower fan, removed it, and had things running again in no time. What really stood out was what came next. Lance told me he couldn’t charge me for something that minor. In an industry where it would have been easy to point to a “faulty blower fan” or some other mechanical issue and hand over a hefty bill, he chose honesty instead. That kind of integrity is rare. Lance is a true professional, and this company has earned a customer for life. If you want someone you can trust to be straight with you, look no further.

• I can’t even begin to explain how incredible the service was from Lance. Our AC died died just before the summer and man did we get the run around for the warranty work. Lance did everything he could before I getting me involved. Unfortunately the warranty never got honored but Lance still got us to the finish line with a new AC unit at an incredible price with a new warranty to help me sleep. • No pun intended, but Lance was an Absolute life saver for me. High end luxury property, AC stopped working in a bedroom zone, and the originally company that installed and maintained the unit (Sierra Air) tried to tell me the furnace was broken and leaking and needed full replacement (5 years old) and that also caused a large condenser outside to go bad. They were quoting $10000 -18000 to replace everything. I was appalled. I got a strong referral to Lance, who came out within 24 hours, and was able to repair everything and get the system back to normal for a fraction of the price. I was blown away by his honesty and the theft attempt by Sierra Air. Never again will I trust them. Lance at Absolute is the man! • Look, I've dealt with my share of HVAC folks over the years, but Lance at Absolute Air Conditioning and Heating is honestly on another level. Our AC was acting weird this month and not cooling like it should. We were stressing about how much a new system would cost (because isn't that always how these things go?). Lance came out the next day after I called and took his time checking everything. After a thorough inspection, he said we only needed more refrigerant. No big sales pitch about replacing the whole system or adding expensive parts. He could have easily scared us into spending thousands, but he didn't. He explained everything, topped off the refrigerant, and had our place cooling perfectly in no time. The bill was actually reasonable - I kept waiting for the catch, but there wasn't one. If you need AC work and are tired of feeling ripped off, Lance is your guy. Super knowledgeable without being condescending, shows up when he says he will, and just seems like a good human being who takes pride in honest work. That's pretty rare these days. We will definitely be calling him again when winter rolls around to check our heating system!
