Absolute Heating and Cooling is a business that I have been able to rely on with a quality HVAC system install, workmanship, along with prompt service. Technicians who do the twice a year maintenance checks are extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. I wish every service organization had comparable company standards. The team at Absolute Comfort does outstanding work at a reasonable price! We have an older home and wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heater to gain space and eliminate the risk of a 60gal tank of water leaking one day. We called Absolute Comfort for a consult and Dave and Jimmy came to our home and told us exactly what they wanted to do, considering both space and aesthetics, and that’s what we want for our home, someone with a vision to do things efficiently and complimentary to our aesthetic. Someone who doesn’t look at us like we are crazy when we expect something to follow both form and function. Absolute Comfort is professional, friendly, and responsive, from the office personnel to the pros who come to your home. We see them twice yearly for maintenance and it’s always a pleasure. On time, take time to explain thingsand recently our tech, Phil, presented our new puppy with some homemade dog treats!

Update 9/30/2026-My unit began to act up two days ago. Yesterday I called after hours before the inside temperature began to rise . Phil promptly called me back and scheduled me for this morning. He approved promptly, troubleshot the problem and fixed it in short order. The price was more than reasonable. I can honestly say I’ve been 100% satisfied with every person who works at Absolute Comfort. They are an excellent company. Update 11/6/2025 - still very happy with the service and professionalism of the Absolute Comfort team. I give Absolute Comfort and techs Ethan, Sam and Patrick each five stars. Update 4/2/25 - Still five star service. Ethan and Absolute Comfort are the best! Update Fall 2024: Since the above review, Ethan can today to perform fall maintenance. He’s another 5 star Absolute Comfort tech. He is well trained, knowledgeable, timely personable, efficient and provided excellent service. I couldn’t say more about the quality of Absolute Comforts staff and techs. They’re the best. I switched to Absolute Comfort ~two years ago. Today was my first emergency service call (I’ve had 3-4 routine maintenance calls since the switch) and am still perfectly happy with Absolute’s professionalism, response time and the quality of service received. The service tech who responded from Absolute Comfort (Sam) was quick to respond, on time for the appt and provided excellent service. Five stars again today for Sam and Absolute Comfort.

He did a great job and very thorough and was very respectful. The only issue was when he drained something out of the heat pump he poured it on the lawn which totally destroyed a large patch of grass. Just want to make you aware so he doesn’t do it somewhere else I will get some new dirt and see mine no big deal.

Perfect! Service visit by Ethan 4 hours after first contact. He quickly established that the blower of the HVAC needed to be replaced and that it was still under warranty. Best service to have the part ordered within minutes and priority shipped. $99 for the prompt service call was a fair price.

ABSOLUTE WORSE!Didn't (Ethan)fix the issue with my ac. It stopped working less than a month after the repair. He came back and charged another service fee and tried to sell me a AC unit. Since then someone else from another company has come out and fixed the problem for a fraction of the cost and made sure everything was working properly before they left. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR TRUST THIS COMPANY FOR NOTHING. LESSON LEARNED.

Phil was prompt and very efficient with his time. He cleared a condensation drain line that had been buried and installed a coupling in the line so l could service it myself in the future. This is the kind of service you hope to get but rarely receive!

To say we are pleased with Absolute Comfort would be an understatement. Their customer service has been wonderful. They are communicative, accommodating and even provide a photo of the technician so we know who to expect to visit our home. We have needed their services twice this year and both times we had the same technician, Samuel, who is personable, professional and knowledgeable about our system and issues. They have fixed us up quickly both times. What impressed me most is that after our service, we received a hand written thank you card from the company with appreciation for our business. Absolute Comfort is top notch and I would highly recommend their services.
