WORST COMPANY EVER- DO NOT USE- Call one of the other 50 businesses that do this locally. Never showed up for scheduled appointments. Showed up at times that weren't scheduled when no one was home. Would not refund money. Would not have manager call back to work together. COMPLETELY AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was quoted $129 for a dryer vent cleaning and ended up paying $303. My management company requires this service as part of my lease, so I didn't really have the option to decline it. When the technician arrived, he explained that my stacked washer/dryer was difficult to access and that he needed to clean the vent from the roof, something I was not told when scheduling. He told me to contact the company with any questions about the additional charge. I called and the first time was told to look at the invoice for an explanation, but there was no explanation listed. When I called back for clarification, I was hung up on. Their website advertises “No Bait-and-Switch” and says there are no surprise add-ons. I understand that difficult access can require additional work, but going from $129 to $303 without a clear explanation, combined with being hung up on when I tried to get one, left me feeling taken advantage of. I wish the company would stick to their policy and have better communication.

I had an amazing experience with this duct cleaning service! Leo was absolutely fantastic, he was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything, got the job done quickly and efficiently, and had no complaints whatsoever. Most importantly, he got rid of the musty smell that had been lingering throughout my house! My home smells so much fresher and cleaner now. I truly appreciate the great service and Leo’s attention to detail. If you’re looking for someone who knows what they’re doing and genuinely cares about doing a great job, ask for Leo! Highly recommend!

Our service technician was very friendly and helpful in discussing our chimney cleaning needs. He spent time showing me videos of what was needed to be done. His work was very professional. I was unable to upload a video to show the cleaning process. My only question that I should have gotten clarification on was why the cost to clean was almost double to come down the chimney, instead of going from the bottom up since we have a wood stove insert. Coming from the top did not seem difficult.

We booked a chimney inspection/cleaning deal with Air of America (AOA Service Group Inc.). The technician's "inspection" consisted strictly of shining a smartphone flashlight into the firebox and looking up at the top of the chimney from the yard. He never climbed a ladder, accessed the roof, used a flue camera, or cleaned the chimney. Despite never actually inspecting the top of the chimney, he immediately claimed we had structural damage and quoted, with misspellings, $1,299 for a "Spark arstor riper" (Spark Arrestor Repair) and "Chase cover riper." (Chase Cover Repair) He claimed the soot discoloration visible from the ground meant it was failing, and then offered us the typical sales fake "neighbor referral discount" for $700, explicitly telling us NOT to mention the deal to his manager, if we agreed on the spot. It would also include the inspection/cleaning which was what the original call was about using one of their deals. He mentioned usually a full replacement would be $10K. We said no and only paid an inspection fee. After he left, I flew a drone up to check the chimney myself. The spark arrestor mesh is completely intact and fine, and the chase cover only has minor surface rust with zero structural damage. Quoting $1,299 in top-structure repairs on parts he never inspected, using only a phone light inside, and stacking arbitrary discounts to pressure us into signing on the spot is predatory. Avoid this company.
