Hats Off Heating & Cooling is by far the definition of five stars. My experience started with Rick Higgins who came by same day within two hours of my initial search for HVAC replacement. I had multiple other companies come after to estimate the job but between how Rick explained it to me and the deal that was given, it was a no brainer to choose Hats Off. The job was completed two days later within three short hours they had completed the job to include a bundled in replacement of a broken bathroom exhaust. The team was professional and courteous and left without a trace but only that of a job well done. I will highly recommend this company to anyone who asks in the future.

My A/C system seemed to have trouble cooling much beyond 3-4 degrees cooler than outside. Far below the expected performance. I called Hats Off on Monday afternoon and before lunch on Wednesday, Evan showed up. Turned out to be a faulty sensor. He replaced it and we were back up and running an hour or two later. No charge since it was under warranty.

Service was excellent from scheduling to completion. The first available appointment was the following day, but within an hour of scheduling, we received a call letting us know there had been a cancellation and they could get us in the same day. From my initial phone call, Tim was on-site within two hours and had our A/C back up and running. A huge relief! Great service all around and very much appreciated.

Hats Off has done it again. Another fantastic job right when I needed it the most. The old heatpump at my mother's house stopped working and needed replacement, during the recent coldest weather in years. Hats off sent a team to replace it the next day. Excellent workmanship and quality product. Very satisfied and so glad I called them. I will definitely use them in the future as well.

On August 23 at approximately 1345, Bo from tops off heating and cooling visited our home. I asked his company for a quote to replace our water heater. I didn’t expect someone to come over on a Sunday. He came over in his own POV and was extremely professional. He explained everything, diagnosed my water heater. Repaired the leak and even left to go to the hardware store to get a new shutoff valve. It has been a very long time since my family has experienced this level of professionalism and politeness. I give him and his company 5 stars and my endorsement for anyone dealing with HVAC issues. Treat others as you would like to be treated Love your neighbor as yourself.
