Mechanical Technology did work on my son's HVAC system several months ago while he was deployed. I live about 800 miles away, so I didn't get a chance to look the job over until I finally made it up. There was a small issue. Dean, the owner, came out himself and took care of it quickly so the system was running again. The trades are short-staffed, overworked, and usually underpaid. Be patient and be appreciative. We took an 800-mile gamble on Dean and his company, and he responded and fixed it. I'd be confident he'll take care of you. Good man.

After our AC stopped we called MT and got an appt for 48 later. However after a cancellation, technician’s were able to come out that afternoon. James was very professional, courteous, and efficient. He explained our situation, answered all our questions and offered a few different options. He was never pushy in any way. Another technician, Trent, arrived shortly thereafter. He was extremely polite and also helped add to explaining the various options we could consider for our AC unit. . Then together they were able to get our AC up and running. We appreciated their genuine concern for our best interest. We have used MT on other occasions and have always been satisfied with their work

Had my HVAC replaced by 2 very experienced and professional representatives of this company. I watched the whole installation start to finish. Both workers were extremely knowledgeable and able to explain what they were doing thoroughly. I will be recommending this company to anyone who reads this and anyone I know personally that needs any work done to their HVAC. Great people that installed a great product! They had competitive prices, good staff and went out of their way to ensure we were happy with the install and product. Reyna was our Sales Advisor and she was great at helping us with deciding on a new unit, the pros and cons, etc. Since she was previously an HVAC Tech so she was very knowledgeable. We planned to install a filter system and when the technician determined that we didn't have the space for the additional unit, the owner; Dean came out himself to ensure that the job was done correctly and offered options. Great experience all around!
