• Received a text message from William on 11 July, where we coordinated a AC maintenance visit for 16 July at 2pm. On 16 July at 1:37pm, received a text from William indicating that he was running quite a bit behind schedule and would let me know when he was close to getting caught up. Since that last text message, I have been ghosted. No follow up what so ever. Not from him nor the company. Unreliable and lack of communication.

• My unit underperformed and eventually failed because the return was undersized for the unit. Even after several trips and over a thousand dollars spent, 7 Services never addressed this issue. They're pleasant folks but I wouldn't work with them again.

• Previously used them 3 times. Called on June 28th 2025 and left msg on cell phone stating my capacitor in the compressor was blown and they had repaired it 7 years ago. At 2pm no contact so I texted stating I called and left msg and inquired when they could possibly come out. Not only was the msg never read whomever had the cell phone turned it off. According to the FTC if you advertise 24/7 service then you are required to respond. Check they advertise 24/7 service. I don't understand why they would come out 3 times before and not want my money now. Bad business.

• Paid for a full year maintenance plan on 2 systems they installed. When it came time for the annual service, no one picked up the phone, returned messages or answered texts. Eventually left messages for a refund and never got a response. Unreliable and no communication. Stay away

• I paid $99 for a heater inspection and repair from 7 Services, but the technician, Will, was unable to identify the issue. He assured me that if the problem returned, he would come back at no additional charge. The issue persisted, and despite multiple attempts to contact him, he never followed through on his promise to return. I eventually requested a refund, but he completely ignored my messages. If you're looking for reliable service and accountability, I strongly suggest going elsewhere. Avoid this company unless you want to waste your money.

• Very disappointed in service which we’ve been using for years and had a maintenance contract. Our generator had not been working properly for over a year and was told it was fixed. However, red light continued to be on and I could not get a response to texts/phone messages. Two days ago we had a storm and lost power, called… still no response. Finally called another company who responded quickly and sent someone the next day. He was here for several hours and found that a wire was corroded ….. needless to say, we have changed services. So disappointed in this company since I thought we had a relationship with father and son.

• Definitely recommend using 7 Services Inc. I have a rental property in Portsmouth & live in California now. My HVAC went out last week and had another company take a look. They couldn't tell me what they found exactly, but gave me some options with ridiculous prices. Side note: I work for an HVAC company in California, so I know when another company isn't being honest. Anyways, I called 7 services. They were able to get out there the next day when my tenant was available. Did some minor repairs, but said my systems running fine. • My husband and I are first time homebuyers, and our AC stopped working out of nowhere, at the most inconvenient time..the day before a holiday, July 3rd. Naturally it’s the hottest day of the century, and every business we called couldn’t get out for 3+ days. A coworker of mine found William w/ 7 Services and we were thankfully able to get in touch! He helped us troubleshoot with what we thought could be the culprit, and with his patience and helpful guidance we were able to get it turned back on! This was all within the hour, too! • Will inspected my HVAC yesterday and I highly recommend both him and 7 Services. I've been struggling with a faulty HVAC since April and have jumped through hoops with my home warranty company in order to get it repaired. I requested an appointment and Will was at my home two hours later. He corrected mistakes made by previous contractors my home warranty sent out, explained everything to me so I understood, and was able to fix my system. I finally have cool air again! • As a heating and cooling contractor from MN I did my research on 7 services. My son and daughter-in-law’s AC died on a 90f day and I wanted to find them a provider that was honest and reputable.
