• I have been a customer of ABW Air since 2015 when they installed my new air conditioner. Around 2017 a new furnace was also installed. I have a maintenance contract on the furnace. Today I had my air conditioner serviced. Overall, I have been very happy with the units they recommended installed, being operationally and low maintenance. Also, their technicians - including Jonathan Giraldo today - have always been friendly and helpful with advice, and one never feels that they are trying to up-sell on anything.
