This is an incredible company! We've tried two different providers in the area, and they did fix the issue temporarily but they didn't give us a comprehensive breakdown of what's going wrong, where our drainline is, how to avoid the issue in the future... All things AC Doctor did without even being asked. So I really appreciate that. On top of that, they fixed the issues we were having. Would recommend!

Friendly staff and technicians. Honest and quick to answer questions with solid explanations of before and after the install. They clean after themselves. Hard working and no short cuts. This is why I am a return customer. My second a/c unit from A/C Doctors. Very prompt to send somebody to check my a/c problem the same day. The next day they were installing a new unit. In the high heat of July they even brought a portable a/c for me to use until the main unit was installed. You don't see this high level of concern and customer service anywhere anymore.

to help save you time: they charge $149.95 just to provide a quote unless you are replacing the whole AC. Pepcal did the repair for $200 total and fixed the problem. I recommend Pepcal instead of a company that fights people on reviews.

AC Doctors are life savers. Our AC went out Tuesday around 8pm - I called the number and Raul spent time troubleshooting our issue and said we probably had a faulty compressor. He was able to mobilize Luis to confirm, and sure enough, that's what it was. We knew our unit was older, and we had original 1962 ducting in the attic. My husband and I decided to rip off the bandaid and upgrade to an inverter system (and converting from gas to electric) and have all new ducting ran. AC Doctors was out the following day, exactly when they said they be here, and worked until about 7pm getting our home set up with the new system. When I tell you this is the crispiest air we've ever experienced in our home, it's no exaggeration. We are so appreciative for AC Doctors getting us squared away so quickly and professionally. Everything is great and amazing and I couldn't be happier.
