⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Start to Finish! I couldn't be happier with the service we received today! The two gentlemen who came out to service our air-conditioning unit were absolutely amazing. They took the time to explain everything they were doing along the way, helped me understand what needed to be repaired, and made sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions about my home's HVAC system. What I appreciated most was their honesty and willingness to help us prioritize the necessary repairs. They understood that not everything may be affordable at once, and instead of making me feel pressured, they explained which repairs were most important and helped me understand what should be addressed first. They also provided information about their warranty and maintenance plan, which I greatly appreciated. Their professionalism, patience, knowledge, and customer service were outstanding. And best of all, my house is finally cooler than it was before they arrived! That alone speaks volumes about the work they did. It's refreshing to have technicians who genuinely take the time to educate their customers, answer questions, and make sure they understand what's going on rather than simply completing a job and moving on. Thank you to these two gentlemen for their excellent work and for making this such a positive experience. Harrison is a great asset to the community of san antonio and surrounding regions. With his technical knowledge and no-nonsense approach to HVAC systems and pricing, he was able to discover that my newly installed HVAC was improperly configured. What took literally 16 visits of trouble shooting, uneccesary warranty repairs on equipmemt, unverified methods of A/C triage and assessment for FOUR YEARS through another well known company in the area; only took Harrison a few pages from the user manual to diagnose and reprogram in 15 MINUTES. He did what I assumed the other company i trusted and paid $11k for a 3 ton york unit in 1 visit what they couldn't in 4 years! All it took was reading the manual that the other company left collecting dust. It shows the difference between a master technician of their craft versus a master of salesmanship and Harrison is a craftsman. All he did was reprogram a few prongs and the humidity setting my 17 SEER came with is now running the way it should have been from install. I will use him for my future improvements for the next 40 years. Thank you to Air Texas for doing what is right versus what is profitable. You have earned the disabled veteran's business and most importantly, TRUST.

Saturday late Aftetnoon my Outside condensing unit blew up or whatever. Michael and Willie diagnosed, suggested a couple of options. It was agreed that I needed a new 4 ton unit. They came Monday morning with my new Rheem, had it cooling within two hours. Great service and genuine nice guys. Thx!

Blandford the AC Tech was very professional. I had an HVAC problem back on July 27. Three weeks later I had the same HVAC problem. As customers we are always skeptical. I expected to hear that it was a different problem and something different had to be fixed and here is your new bill. To my surprise Mr Blandford told me that it was the same problem and that he fixed it this time and there would be no charge. A small company that deals with integrity. Air Texas A/C & heating has a customer for life. I highly recommend this company.
