He was kind and answered all my questions to the best of his ability and if he didn’t know the answer he asked someone from his office to help me. He went out of his way to show me how to clean the unit with a water hose. Very good service.

Replacing the coil in a system is not a small effort but he had in done within hours once the part came in. Highly recommend this technician! Also with the service plan offered by Hobson I only had to pay to replace the Freon.
