  • Let me start by saying iron sharpens iron. I met with Steven Spires and was very impressed by the video message he left me. I was able to connect and identify with a live person. He was very enthusiastic, informative and patient with me. He also let me know that he was not in it solely for the money but for helping people like me. The team arrived early on the day to install. They were very timely, efficient and hard working even in the rain. They were also very courteous and respectable. They cleaned what they could as they went. I would highly recommend them and I think I already have.

  • Steven was awesome throuout the process.From start to finish it was like dealing with an old friend.The installers were also first class and very respectful of our home.They were so quiet throughout the process I had to check on them to see if they were working and they were.Steven said the install would take approximately 7 hrs.I expected to see 4 to 5 guys and instead just 2 showed up and were in and out in 5 hrs.Air is working like it should and we are 100% satisfied will refer Air Motions.

  • This company will throw a capacitor on your unit charge you for it and never look for why it went out to start with. I had to get another company to actually fix my unit it was a bad fan motor and another capacitor. I will be sending a complaint to BBB and TDLR.

  • The new AC is having problems. High noise.of the compressor, and unable to cool the master bedroom. They sent the technician twice but he has not been able to solve the problem.

  • The guys were right on time and did not mess around but got straight to business. Tested the system, found one little glitch and had it corrected in no time. With the new system in place the temp in the house went from a humid 95 degrees to a comfy 79 before bedtime. I bet our neighbors will how quiet the new system is as it sit just across from their bedroom

  • Dylan Allen took excellent care of my situation. They were here way before they were quoted to be here. I felt completely safe and comfortable enough to leave to go to Work and he completed the job While I was at work I called this company at 9 o’clock in the morning and they had to work completed that afternoon. I would highly recommend this company to anybody that needs professional AC work.

We are in the fifth week of 100+ temps in the Dallas area and, Christian and David, the two men he sent were both fast & efficient and able to bring the right stuff to totally eliminate our problem! It is now 101 outside at 5:11 pm and 72 inside upstairs on the west side of our house for the first time in many years!!! Wow!!! Thank you both to Steven and your team!

  • Air Motions came out today and absolutely exceeded our expectations! They installed the entire new 17 SEER 4 ton Trane system and had everything completed in just 4½ hours. The crew of two (Saul and Jose) was incredibly efficient, professional, and did a fantastic job from start to finish. I had more than seven companies provide estimates, with some giving me quotes over the phone without ever seeing the house, while others actually came out and evaluated the system and installation. After comparing the equipment, pricing, expertise, and overall confidence I had in each company, Air Motions beat them all out—hands down. Let’s hope I was right…only time will tell. A special thank you to Steve, the CEO of Air Motions, who personally came out to provide the quote. His wealth of knowledge, experience, and genuine willingness to explain everything made my decision incredibly easy. It was clear from the beginning that he takes pride in his company and truly cares about taking care of his customers. They just left, and I can already feel a noticeable difference in the house.
