I simply don’t know where to start when it comes to a rating this company and for me that’s extremely rare trust me… Literally from the git go to my first contact and the end result I was overwhelmed with the customer service, responsiveness and how they made me feel i was a priority. The technician onsite had more tools and diagnostic equipment it was amazing. No frills, just the facts… he showed me every part that failed and dis not attempt to upsell me on absolutely anything other than what it took to repair my failed components So with that said I was extremely satisfied and I will be recommending them to my friends and neighbors.
