• We've used another company for several years, but service levels have steadily dropped over the years. We were apprehensive in trying to find a new company. After trying several other companies, we were beginning to believe that exceptional customer service, courteous & knowledgeable technicians were a thing of the past - until today! We needed maintenance for our furnace and AC unit. First star is that Kendrick was punctual. The 2nd star is that he was courteous! The 3rd star is because Kendrick was thorough! The 4th star is that he was knowledgeable. The 5th star is because of his ability to explain his findings in terms we could easily understand and show us how to maintain our system between service times. Overall, his service level was exceptional. Based on the service we received today, we've opted for a 6-month interval maintenance program. Our zoning issue was a bit complex and they took the time to understand the actual issue and recommend a solution that was appropriate for the problem. Just a few hours after the original installation our local power company experience an unexpected outage and the AC was down again. When the fan would not come back on after the power was restored we called AC King to help. They came out first thing the next morning to get our air conditioner up and running again. • Called to get my AC repaired, booked online they were a no show. When I called it just went to voicemail. So I decided to go in person. Place was locked looked like they are not even at the location listed. Called another company to get my AC fixed. They had mentioned they were familiar with this business. They said they are just a branch of another bigger company that uses this profile to get calls filtered to them. Said its common practice. He even showed me how they are posting 5-6 fake reviews per day within the same day within a 2 hour window. He said it is nearly impossible to get that many reviews for a business of 1 person. Once I looked at the reviews it all started making sense. I'm sticking to honest companies like the Castillo brothers. Do your research people stay safe
