• I had been looking for someone to help me with my AC problem for a long time. After seeing their Instagram and customer reviews, I felt confident enough to call them. From the very beginning, they tried to help me repair my unit to save me a lot of money. They never tried to sell me a new unit like most people do who don't want to try to repair an old machine. It was my decision to replace it, and they are very professional. They solved the problem very quickly, and the installation was just as fast. My air conditioner stopped cooling, and I contacted them with a lot of trepidation, since I'd had two very bad experiences with other companies. From the first call, Armando and his brother made all the difference. I explained the problem over the phone, and they gave me a preliminary diagnosis. When they arrived (exactly on time), they physically inspected the unit and confirmed that it was exactly what they had told me: the air conditioner's switch was damaged. Best of all, they carry parts in their truck, so they replaced it immediately, and the problem was solved in no time. They are truly professional, friendly, completely bilingual, and have very good prices. It's so reassuring to find honest technicians who don't make up problems to overcharge you.
