• Recently had AC’s out to service our system after a lightning strike. Jason was nice and communicated each step of the way. He correctly assessed multiple problems, but we felt the labor cost was excessive ($2,000 to replace a circuit board and transducer). We contacted the original installer of the system who consulted with Bosch and charged us a fraction of that, and got the system up and running again.

He explained what was in good operational condition and what would require attention, with an honest approach, without pressure. He also thoroughly cleaned unit, including an insulation mess that had been left inside unit by the installation contractor which created excess debris mixed with moisture over time impacting fan, drain and air quality operations. While this was part of the service, i could clearly see and appreciate the level of detail he gave restoring the unit to it's best condition. 5 stars service + positive attitude

• From the very first contact to the very end, this company did a wonderful job installing a brand new HVAC system for me. In my 1957 home that had a whole mess of things wrong with the HVAC system, we knew the whole thing needed to be gutted and redone. The very first in-home appointment was amazing as Jason explained everything to me I went over the options to get me the best deal possible for what we needed to do. The opportunities for financing were amazing. The guys that came to install everything over the course of a few days were amazing. We had to have all new ductwork done. That was one heck of a task with the flat roof that we had. Both inside and outside units had to be replaced. And then insulation blown into the attic afterward. The general manager coming by was amazing. This whole experience was just amazing and I am glad to have given my business to them. I’m confident that for the life of my home and the life of this system if I ever need anything, they’re going to be there. And they are confident and professional and that’s what you need in a company like this. Especially for the kind of expense this is when you really have to do a whole new system. But I’m sure that they would also be just as good at doing those little things that people need.
