• Big mistake

• I had a great initial experience with the service tech and office. They got my unit back up and running. I even signed up for the annual service package. The unit stopped cooling 24 hours later. I was frustrated by the response time for the second visit but they got there eventually. A different tech arrived and diagnosed the air ducts as the reason for the system not cooling. A third tech arrived a few hours later and proposed a $16K ductwork project. The sales pitch was aggressive. Lots of friction when I mentioned I would need a second opinion before committing to a project that size. Greens Energy came out and for a couple hundred dollars we were up and running. I called the main office and shared my experience. It wasn’t well received.

• originally gave this company a 5 star because of the service call but it’s everything that’s happened since is why I’m giving them a 1 star. I called a plumber to diagnose a leak in my home and he found that my ac was leaking and causing a huge mess. Air Pros (sister company) brought their techs out who did a good job but also confirmed the ac was leaking and needed full repair. They said fixing it is the same price as new. They then called the owner who said because I was a veteran he would give me a good deal because they veteran owned. I did not shop around on prices (my fault) and I paid for it. One ac unit costed me the same price as my neighbor who replaced two units on their home a week after me (ouch). Fast forward 5 months later and I call for service and this company went out of business! Air Pros Orlando no longer exists. In fact I think the entire Air Pros company went out of business so now I’m dealing with a new company who supposedly took over and it’s been a headache since. I would warn to not call this company but you can’t anyway.

• 0 Stars Negative 10 Billion Stars SWINDLERS ROBBERS AND THIEVES-Please call anyone else! If Leo shows up at your door-RUN! He will try to take you for all you are worth. Leo on behalf of Air Pros told us we needed a new compressor. They charged us around $5,000.00(almost the amount it would cost for a brand new AC). The new compressor did not fix the issue. When I called to report we still did not have a working AC after spending all this money, the response from air pros was horrific. No apology, no accountability, and no one came to look at my unit. I got the run around for many days. I was told no one can come, then oh no someone is coming. Twice they scheduled someone to come out and twice that person did not show up and did not call to communicate they would not be there. At the same time I have Leo telling me no one can get on the schedule, but he makes the time to come to my other property and quote me $12,000 for new air ducts. It took an entire week to get a response. They were incredibly rude, non-responsive, and took no accountability for their shoddy work. Eventually they got the AC working again. 2 months later we are experiencing a different issue. We call a different company (of course). The new tech finds that the previous person who worked on the system (Air pros) failed to tighten the cap on our freon and now we are out another $500 because of their lack of attention to detail and ability to complete a job the way it should be done. Please please please save yourself the time, money, and heartache! This company will rob you blind if you let them. UPDATE *** 1 year after they sold us a compressor we did not need, we had to buy an entirely new unit. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, they sold us an extremely expensive piece of equipment we did not need, that did not fix the problem (that unit never worked properly again after Air Pros got their grimey hands on it), and we had to spend almost double what they charged in the first place to replace the broken unit. If they had been able to properly diagnose the issue, instead of squeezing us for all we had, we could have saved $5000. Run, run, run away. You cannot trust Air Pros. English Air is fast, reliable, and honest! ***Edited 12/17/25*** We reached out to Airpros per their request. That was 2 weeks ago. We still have not heard back. Liars to their very core.

• I do not recommend Air Pros because they don't honor their word. I spend over 20K for a new system and broke down in less than 2 years. Duke S. Came out to check on my system and was very professional and on time. Duke S, fixed the problem that was causing the issue. Then I mentioned to Duke S about a couple services that still needed to be completed post the installation of the brand new system that was installed. I explained to him that Ryan was supposed to have a crew come out to fix some duct work, the drain and seal all the duct work as was part of the install going from a 3ton to a 4ton unit. Well Duke S reached out to his supervisor Jonathan and Jonathan explained to me that Ryan was nolonger with the company and that he would honor the work that still hasn't been done as Jonathan was on speaker with Duke S, my wife, and myself and gave us his word and said he was updating it into the system. Fast forward 2 months later the work still hasn't been completed even following up with customer service 3 different times. I have requested to have Jonathan call me and explain what is taking so long and still haven't heard back from Jonathan. I called Duke S and spoke to him about the day he was out at my property repairing my system and told me that they have a bad habit of not honoring their word. Duke S said he still has the text messages where Jonathan confirmed the repairs that would be honored and if I need them he would send them to me as proof. I have spoke to an attorney and I was told to give Jonathan one more chance to honor his word and if he doesn't he will file a lawsuit as I'm not the first to reach out the this attorney. So on 10/29/2025 I will call in and give one more chance as instructed by the attorney.
