Absolutely do NOT go through them. I got my AC through them 2 years ago, it has gone out so many times due to them not replacing a pipe they knew was not big enough when they put it in and never told me or offered to put one in. Recently called them because my AC went out AGAIN And they said we no longer service your area Call someone else. Well I wish I would have called someone else to begin with because their service has been awful from the get-go. Way overpriced and Not worth it at all

I signed up for a membership to have my water heater flushed and 2 HVAC maintenance. They charged me and never showed up. When I called, a lady told me they don't have plumbers and can't have have my water heater flushed. When I asked for a refund, she said there was no record of it. Honestly talking to her was a terrible experience. She was a bit rude in my opinion. The guy I talked to a week ago was very nice and I loved using their services before, but I think I'm going to have to look elsewhere.

Mitch is our technician and he comes every 6 months and checks our heating air ducks, makes sure we don’t have mold,in our air conditioning system,air handler ,and the whole system that is up in the attic ,he also checks the thermostat changes the electric filter, and cleans the air conditioning unit that’s outside to make sure that it’s in tip top shape. If there are any issues he’s honest with us and talks with us, and shows us options, gives us choices.& the price is always reasonable. I have never been disappointed with AND Services,and the work they have done, or with the technicians that have done any of the work I have asked them to do for me.They are respectful, kind, trustworthy,dependable, and keep you informed so you’re not left in the dark asking questions and all confused. Made an appointment for service last Thursday for Monday between Noon and 2 pm. At 10 am on Monday they informed me they don't service the area and canceled the appointment.

I had my air conditioner, installed one year ago, which is very difficult since they sent people from Tampa instead of locally they arrived at the house at 6 PM and didn’t finish till well after midnight. I waited all day for them to show up with a promise. They would be here between 11 and one. Ayear later My air conditioner quit working. I called them on a Monday morning when it had not worked all day Sunday. They told me that they would get me on the schedule and somebody would call me within 24 hours to tell me when they would be here. I think called on Tuesday when I had not heard from them and they told me I was on the schedule and somebody would be calling me with the timeframe in which they would arrive. At the end of the day I called to find out what happened? They told me they couldn’t get anybody to me until Thursday between one and three. I called Thursday at 2 o’clock. They told me that someone would be there at 5 o’clock. This is a unit that’s a year old And I have gone four days without Air conditioning with their inability to service me or to hire an outside source in order to accommodate me. I paid way too much for this air-conditioning for it to need this kind of service or lack of service in just one year. I give these people no stars please do not use them. If you do not live in the Tampa area they don’t seem to be able to service anybody else.

John deserves 20 stars! My wife and I were just about to leave the house when we noticed that There was a leak in the ceiling of our garage. I right away knew what it was. The pan was filling up in the air conditioning system, which holds about 19 gallons. Sunday afternoon at 2 o'clock. I called And Services. Thinking omg they probably won't come till Monday. Well John showed up by 4 o'clock in the pouring rain. From the moment he showed up I was so impressed how within an hour the AC was fixed. John thank you so much. You are an asset to And Services.
