• Cool-Rite, LLC was recommended by my realtor. Joey did a fantastic job on my first call for inspection and maintenance in August of 2026 for an older fixer upper home I purchased. Joey was so helpful on the phone, showed up on time, and did a very detailed inspection for us. He actively used ladder to inspect attic duct work, removed filters and inspected all returns inside the home and at blower. I bring up the attic because it was a typical miserable August day in Florida but he did everything and took his time rather than a quick look. He also cleaned the drain lines and educated us on how and when to do this for our system. It is an older system and there was zero pressure or scare tactics to try and up sell a new system. He gave us excellent education on the filter system and how we should manage it while we are having some dusty work done in the home to help care for the unit. I needed some additional duct and return work while remodeling and did not hesitate to have them back for a second visit in September of 2026. Again, they were so professional and reliable. Adam and Matt showed up exactly on time, did excellent work with attention to detail and left a very clean job site. Florida is a very dangerous place for home HVAC work. I have been here for 50 years and there are just so many unscrupulous businesses in this field that do unlicensed work. Those crooks ruin homes with huge failures in systems they install that flood homes or they just take the money and never show again. I do not review places unless there is an outstanding, above average interaction that deserves recognition. Or if they are so poor that I am willing to take the time to let others know. I highly recommend Joey and Cool-Rite for honest, highly skilled, HVAC work from a true professional. The price was extremely reasonable for both visits. This is a family trade business that has been passed down to the next generation who is continuing the trade with integrity.

• We just purchased a new Bosch AC from Cool Rite and are so happy. Joe and Sam took the time to explain what happened to our old system and why it could not be fixed. They know the industry, the products, and took the time to understand our needs. Special thanks to Joey, Mattie, and Adam for all the hard work during the install. We really appreciate it. What's really worth noting is that we have been customers for 20 years. Joe and his team maintained our old system at our previous home until it was time to get a new unit and we bought it from Cool Rite. Couldn't have been happier with the purchase. When we bought our new house 10 years ago, Cool Rite picked up the service and helped keep our system in fine shape until it died. When we've needed something, they have always found a way to ensure we have the best service and best options available. 20 years as clients. Serviced 2 existing units and we've purchased 2 new units on top of that. I still won't let another company come out for service. When you find honest people doing good work, you are lucky. • These guys are awesome! I called after hours Friday night; they called me back later that night to let me know they could schedule something in the morning. I really appreciated having that quick response via the phone. Bart came by the next morning and within 2 minutes he had diagnosed the problem. He had our system up and running shortly thereafter.
