• We got quotes from several HVAC companies before deciding to go with Customers First Heat and Air and I'm so glad we did. Morris the owner was fantastic and from the first conversation he was completely honest and upfront with us, no upselling, no scare tactics, just straight answers about what we actually needed. He explained all the benefits to help me make the best decision. The crew that came out to do the install was great. They worked fast but you could tell they weren't just rushing to get in and out. Everything was done right, and they left the place just as clean as when they showed up. You don't see that kind of attention to detail very often. Too many contractors these days will just "burn and turn" jobs to get to the next one, but that wasn't the case here at all. If you're looking for someone who's going to be straight with you and do quality work at a fair price, I'd highly recommend Morris and his team. We're really happy with both of our new systems and the whole experience.

• Talk about Jekyll and Hyde. He came to my house the first time. Did a great job. A few months later, A/C stopped working. I called Morris, Saturday. He called me back and I was nice enough to put off the appointment until Monday, even with no air. He said he will be here 8:30 Monday morning. 8:30 came and went. Never showed, never called. I texted a follow up later that day and he did not even have the decency to acknowledge me. Wow, I sacrificed a weekend of a/c, because he was busy and this is how I am treated. • I contacted this company from out of state around 5pm via their website “Contact” page explaining that my A/C unit wasn’t working. They returned my message within 15 minutes and had a technician there first thing in the morning. The technician was competent and courteous explaining everything he did including sending pictures of the work performed. He repaired the A/C and educated me on how to avoid problems in the future. I particularly liked that there was no “up sale” speech or talk about “service plans” as has been my experience with other companies in the past. The price was reasonable and the invoice paid online. • My wife and I just bought our home and have only been living in it for seven months. It's an older home and the a/c was on the fritz and just out of warranty. I had several companies come out to check it out and they all said the same thing, I need a new a/c. They quoted me anywhere from 12k to 21k.... Morris came out that same day and was the last person I seen that day, for a reason. He wasn't even at my house five minutes and found the problem. He fixed it in less time. Saved us thousands that we can't afford right now having just moved in. He didn't try to upsale me, he didn't try to even sale anything to me actually. I told him right there on the spot that he just got a customer when it comes time to replace my a/c. After he fixed it I asked about his prices and hands down he was thousands cheaper offering the same quality product or better, warranty, and maitainence plan. I know that because I called and canceled a guy who was supposed to come check it out and give me a quote after Morris was done. He called me and asked me what was offered and I told him the quote. He started to say what he could do for 2k more which was about the same, but a lower quality a/c unit. That's when I actually broke down what was offered and the competitor said it out of his own mouth then, "He must have his own business or something because I can't offer deals like that." He nailed it. It I'd a family owned business. Morris keep doing what you're doing and you have a life long customer with me brother.
