I can’t believe I am saying this, but I found Duncan‘s through ChatGPT. I found useful information about Daikin.. They recommended a list of AC people in Orlando, who carried DAIKIN… And they zeroed in on Duncan as a family business With the most positive reviews and happy customers. I am now a member of that list ….they installed my unit yesterday. The team were excellent, clean and professional and detailed. I feel very satisfied. Their pricing was the most competitive. The representative who came to give me an estimate was by far the most helpful I am happy to recommend Duncan without hesitation.

Had another company out for maintenance for quite a while, they never showed us an issue with mold growth, they apparently would just wipe up the visible stuff and move on. Immediately after opening up our unit I was called over to see it. We had a good cleaning done of the whole unit, we have dogs and even though we change our filters monthly, the hair/fur build up was crazy. Thank you to Gavin for being upfront and helpful with all our questions! Update: service call for maintenance plan inspection, everything still up and running great, cleaned out anything that needed. Gavin was great as usual!

Gavin at Duncan A/C to the rescue! My 91 year old father’s A/C quit working and they sent Gavin over right away, he was prompt and courteous and made things happen quickly so within just a few short days they had a brand new system installed. Great company and easy to deal with. We would recommend Gavin and Duncan’s A/C to everyone.

Our new air conditioner unit failed yesterday, but DUNCAN AIR came out immediately, that day, and they were able to easily restore service. However, after Wayne left, the new system was inspected By the county and was found to have A back up in the condensate line, and a new employee, named Junior, came out today and got it up and running very easily, very quickly, and I so much appreciate that. Not only are the Duncan technicians very nice, reliable, prompt, and very capable, Wayne has done everything, EVERYTHING, from replacing the HVAC in our large house with three air-conditioning systems, to servicing all the units. I didn’t think there was an honest air-conditioning company for service or for purchase, but DUNCAN AIR restored my faith completely! I give DUNCAN AIR my highest recommendation.

They are absolutely phenomenal, they did my home inspection when in inspection period as a buyer and they also service our 3 commercial studios. I highly recommend using them. Gavin is usually our tech and he’s very knowledgeable and breaks everything down for you to better understand what’s going on and walks through the next steps.
