What a bad service! Called them because their name was on my AC unit as the company that installed it. Worst experience ever. Called them to ask for a motor replacement giving them model number and all details. A tech came and charged me 125$ after 5 minutes here for “diagnostics” ! I already knew the issue. 🤦🏻♀️ Then he said an estimator was going to reach out. I didn’t get any follow up until I called twice and still had to wait many hours (in Florida with no AC). Estimation was 2300$ and a 3-5 day waiting period. I was able to get 2 other estimates by only texting other companies!!! One was 1200$ and one was 475$ and could install the next morning. So I saved almost 2k !!! What a joke company!

I had a new Carrier unit installed in 2019. Installation was fine but working with these people to coordinate the installation was not easy. Then they wanted a large fee for yearly maintenance and would not automatically come out. ok fine, but then they want to charge you for the annual visit even though you paid a large up front fee so I ended up using someone else. Now, 2026 I need to get my heater fixed and they sold off the residential I guess to someone else and they don't have records. When I purchased they said you have a 10yr warranty on parts. Now they tell me, well, we only give 5 years and you have to register with Carrier to get the other 5 which they never told me. Do yourself a favor and find a company that provides you information and doesn't try to hide things from you. If they back up their product they will WANT to provide the annual check-ups.

My ac unit wasn’t working. I called after business hours and spoke with Nick. He went over and beyond with assisting me with my ac filter problem. Nick walk me through and didn’t rush me off the phone. I’m SO grateful and thankful to have an opportunity to speak with him.

Disappointing Experience with Energy Air I'm extremely dissatisfied with Energy Air, ICI Homes contracted AC installers for our new construction project. The air balance is severely off up stairs. my 8yo daughters room is extremely hot and my 11 yo daughters room is very cold, and they've made every effort to avoid honoring their 2-10 year warranty. They sent out an inept tech who tried to blame it on an air filter that hadn't been changed out in the last 30 days. (we change them every month). Communication has been abysmal; they ignored my calls, and when I finally reached someone, they attempted to conceal the issue by hiding it in 'internal notes.' Unbeknownst to the representative, I had an employee read the notes to me over the phone, revealing their true intentions. I strongly advise against using Energy Air. In contrast, I've had exceptional experiences with AC Design out of Jacksonville, a company I've trusted for years. Energy Air's reluctance to honor their warranty has lost them a potential lifelong customer. I can see from other reviews on here, other people had the same issues trying to contact them over their shoddy work. STAY AWAY!

Terrible customer service!! Had to miss a day of work to meet with Orange County for final inspection and approval of new AC install only to find out that the electrical work did not meet Orange County code, requiring me to schedule Energy Air to return to fix the electrical issue and then re-schedule Orange County to return for a follow-up inspection. Several calls were placed to Energy Air requesting to speak to their management to address this issue were not returned resulting in county permit to expire. As of December 16, no response from Energy Air management!

Derek from Energy Air installed our nest thermostats. We ran into some glitches during installation for which he came back and took care of the issue. We appreciated his efforts and willingness to fix the issue on a Friday after 5pm.

Josh was phenomenal! He helped us trouble shoot our AC problems over the phone and it’s working so good now. Josh went the extra mile and spend quality time to help our family. We need more people like him! Give him a raise!

Energy Air is the best air conditioning service I have ever used and I’ve lived at least 50 years. I needed a new system and the price was half the price of another service I was using. Everyone I dealt with super friendly and helpful. After installation we discover the last company left something that needed tweaking and they did that. Plus the name brand system I got turned out needed a new fan motor. Everything they did was on-time, friendly KNOWLEDGEABLE service and I am completely satisfied & happy with Energy Air!

I have been with energy air for 8 years since I moved here. I had a blower go out on my upstairs unit this week. They initially told me it would be 3-5 days before the part would be in. Given the heat and the fact I had an out of town visitor coming to stay with me, I called and asked for the service manager, Josh. Miraculously, the part was delivered and installed the next day! Thank you Josh and team for making this happen.

Our air conditioning unit which is only 2 years old stopped working 3 weeks ago. I called Energy Air and they sent out a tech to diagnose the problem. He later determined we needed a new motor which had to be ordered. The waiting was long, but it was worth it when Manny came to install the new part. He was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to us what went wrong with the unit and how he will take care of the problem to make the unit work the way is supposed to. After many sweaty and uncomfortable hot days, Manny made our AC work again. Energy Air should be very happy to have such an awesome employee who takes care of the problem and delivers excellent customer service.

His explanation provided reassurance and the unit was performing as expected!! Super cool!! Manny was fantastic and patient in addition to providing excellent customer service!! I know that we are in good hands with Energy Air!! Kudos!!
