I have home wiring protection through Duke Energy. I have had a work order in since the beginning of September they Have no called no showed my first appointment they canceled my second appointment and my third appointment was supposed to be 8 to 12 and the guy did not show up until 1215. I feel like this appointment should have been taken care of sooner. But the electrician was friendly and he did his job.

Very disappointed with the information that was relayed to my parents Or should I say was not. We made an appointment to have our water heater checked because it wasnât working properly. When appointment was made we were told that it was going to be $99 to check and fix the appointment. However when the technician came in they stated that it was $99 just to step foot into the house and $150 per hour to see what was the issue not including the repair. Transparency would be amazing when making appointments so we didnât get caught or guard. Theyâre elderly so they feel they were taken advantage of because of that. Theyâre very disappointed with the company and the lack of training of the knowledge of the costs to be seen.

Pretty disappointed with how Ferran handled this. They came to my house two weeks ago for a room-by-room HVAC assessment and spent about two hours taking measurements. I was told the report would be ready in a couple of business days. After a week with no update, I called and was told they would look into it. Another week passed with nothing. I called the ductwork department several times, left multiple voicemails, and never got a call back. I finally asked to be transferred to the ductwork manager and left him a voicemail as well. He never called me back either. The next day, the original technician called and said he needs to come back to my house because he needs more information to finish the assessment. I understand that things can get missed, but it shouldnât take two weeks, multiple calls, unanswered voicemails, and an escalation to a manager just to find out more information is needed. At this point, I still donât have the report I was told would take a couple of business days.

After another company tried to sell us $13,000 in unnecessary panel replacements, it was refreshing to find a company that truly put the customer first. This was the company Duke sent as part of the water heater plan. They were here the day after I called Duke in the afternoon. Ashley at the office has great communication. Rafael and Jamar came, quickly got the new one swapped in. They were very polite and went over everything with me before leaving making sure all was right. Definitely recommend

Technicians that performed our pipe jetting were professional and courteous. They even showed us pictures of squirrel damage they saw on our roof vents so we could call our roofer. I never would have known about it otherwise and it could have been a much bigger repair to the roof if I hadn't been told.
