Josh and owner Frank were great. Came out the same day we called - had to order some parts but Frank diagnosed the easiest solution (and most economical) without jumping to the more expensive option. Really appreciate their trying for the least expensive option. We are now members of their maintenance program which should help with any future problems!! Thank you!

It's always a pleasure doing business with morsetech ac. Our ac stopped working last night we called morsetech this morning and got on the schedule for tomorrow afternoon. We were planning to move into our camper until they came but as the day went on their awesome customer service team moved us up in the schedule then called again to see if it was ok to come this afternoon. After dreading a hot house when I got home from work there wasn't any need to dread...when I got home it was already fixed. Thank you to our great technician frank who came out on his way home to get us up and running. You can trust this company to be on time clean and professional and to not charge you for things that aren't necessary. They genuinely care about getting you cool as soon as possible. Great job guys we will never use any other ac company.

Thank you to Gayne for performing our yearly maintenance and fixing the clog in our AC unit. He was also able to replace our capacitor before it got too hot this summer. Glad that I invested in the maintenance plan so I don’t have to worry about my AC.

All my experiences with Morsetech have been professional and they always explain what is going on. I bought a house that a had a newer unit they installed. Today Jon their tech came out for a failing 50amp breaker and he diagnosed and asked questions, giving advice on service and repairs as if he was family. That is the right way to provide advice to a client.

I chose Morse Tech over the other 8 I interviewed because they were the only ones that really sat down and tried to troubleshoot my issues and explained things well to me. I’m so glad I did, and I recommended them to several neighbors who have also been very happy. (Which makes me happy too!). I tell all my neighbors that they are a solid locally run business with integrity, and they really care about the customers well-being. Other companies just wanted to make a quick sale. Since my install a couple of years ago, they have been so great to answer any questions that I have or help me troubleshoot if I get confused on something. Very attentive and responsive. The price was excellent, and they are friendly and kind in addition to being very knowledgeable. It goes without saying that I highly recommend them!
