• Do Not use this place! I have had to call them out to my house over 15 times at least since I purchased a brand new AC unit and brand new duct work. Costing me over $ 15,000 by the time I have it paid off. Today is July 21, 2024, my house is 87 inside. I was told it could not cool house less than 20 degrees cooler than outside but I have been keeping it up at 75 degrees My old AC the sales guy said could not be fixed never had issues keeping house at 70 degrees. This one has had issues for months with the blower not working sometimes and working sometimes. I have complained about it several times. But they never fixed it they told me it was fixed last time but this is the 3rd time. I am tired of having to constantly call for repair for an AC when I paid so much money and should not be having issues. I ask for this one to be replaced since it is a lemon already had to have parts replaced and it was not setup right but still having issues. This is not how you treat a customer after you charge them so much money in Florida you need a working AC. I am so tired of this and just want my AC to work properly and it should for several years being brand new. Does anyone know how to get help? I am constantly having to watch thermostat to turn up so it does not run all the time when it is not cooling and my light bill since I got this AC has gone up it w over $500. I need help to deal with getting this company to do the right thing and trade this lemon AC they sold me for one that will actually work. Not to mention it does not and has never cooled the house all the bedrooms have to have a window unit and the other AC that was not repairable according to them we did not need additional units for bedrooms. This is crazy. Do not use this company. They must pay for those 5 star reviews they do not care about their customers they just try to keep getting more money from you. I spent to much money due to this company trying to get rid of mold in my house since it was always hot in here. I have purchased a new AC with a reputable company if you need an AC that works and a company that cares call Ryals Brothers AC in Lakeland Florida. They won't disappoint you like this company and you won't be having to get a lawyer to sue them to get your money back for a lemon that never cooled your house. My house now stays at 66 degrees even when it's 110 outside. I have an autoimmune and heat causes my skin to hurt. They did not care but Thank God there are good people out there still. Ryals Brothers AC my house stays cool all the time now and my light bill has gone way down less than $300 a month.

• Our AC failed in August in Florida. In less than 2 hours from calling Our Place, Joel was on site and had diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts and arranged an appointment for the next day. The next day the technician (Joshua) arrived early, replaced the faulty parts, tested and reset the system. All done in less than a day from my initial call, including getting the parts shipped from their supplier. Couldn’t be happier. Great technicians, quick and expert service and even the price wasn’t too scary ! Highly recommend.

• AC Issue: needed a full replacement of my AC ductwork system, supply and return. Old, outdated, not efficient for my AC unit and compressor, and not efficient for the sq ft of my house. Pro: 1. The tech had knowledge and experience with AC units and systems. 2. I do believe they would have done the job well. Cons: 1. The moment the assessment and inspection was done, the conversation turned gimmicky and all sales. 2. The quote for R6 ductwork was 3X more than all of the other quotes I received. The quote for R8 ductwork was almost 4X more than the other quotes, and the other companies all said R8 is not necessary for your home. 3. When I said I wasn’t going to make the decision today, as I am collecting quotes, the tech called the boss so the boss could give me the best deal possible. The boss gave me a slightly lower price, but still 2.5X more than any other vendor. 4. The tech pushed for a 5 star review and said the company gives him a free lunch for each 5 star review he receives. Makes me question all of the 5 star reviews this company has. Summary: 1. Overpriced 2. Gimmicky and felt scammy 3. Please get other quotes to compare
