Derek was amazing! He came out for my six-month AC maintenance and went above and beyond by helping me investigate a possible ceiling leak as well. He was professional, knowledgeable, and truly went the extra mile. Ok… I love a good review and after my second polar express call it’s time - I called at 2pm.. the response was better than I coulda imagined and yea always you don’t get as lucky.. but despite the weather, and urgency .. Heather sent Derek and an hour later I’m up and running again.. I want to highly recommend the company and its employees for the incredible work and experience !!

Been working with Polar Express AC and Heating for some time now, even when our old unit was acting up and while helping us purchase a new unit for our house. The service has been fantastic, and they really work with you on ways to better your home’s air conditioning and heating. I know even here in Florida, you definitely need the heat sometimes! Derick has come by a few times now, and every time he has been extremely professional, listened to what I had to say, and helped make sure our unit was working properly and set up for the long run. He even fixed a major piece that wasn’t functioning correctly, and that was a huge help for our home! Can't thank this company enough for coming through when Del-Air couldn't. Really appreciate the transparency and low pricing without trying to sell me something. Del-Air was going to charge me nearly double for a line set replacement alone. Got a new Evaporator coil and line set replacement for nearly half the price of that quote. Thanks to Heather (co-owner and GM), Mohammed (service tech), and Dan & Rafael (install team) for a great customer service experience. Just wish we called you all earlier in our situation. Highly recommend Polar Express if you're looking for an alternative to the "big" AC company names in the central Florida area.

Polar Express came to our rescue!! The AC in both our house and my daughter’s house went out just one day apart. Mohamed came to our homes to assess and then give an estimate right away. He searched for new air handlers and compressors for both homes. Jason went to a lot of trouble by driving all over to pick up the different parts so that everything could be installed the next day. I could not have asked for a better service as this all happened on some of the hottest days of the summer.
