• It was early evening on a Florida summer Friday night in August (i.e., hotter than he..l) when our downstairs AC unit stopped cooling. I called Rainaldi and they responded a little later that evening. Khalil arrived and thoroughly checked everything out (he had to work outside in the dark using his flashlight - bless his heart)! He got our AC working and it's cool once more in our home. Love a tech who knows what he is doing! After he left, he texted us a thorough report on what he did and recommendations of a couple of other things that should be taken care of as part of routine maintenance. He even included photos of the parts he was referring to in his recommendations. Khalil was polite, respectful, and meticulous. We have used Rainaldi AC several times over the last 35 years in this very house. They have ALWAYS given us great service! Thank you, Khalil and Rainaldi.
