Extremely disappointing experience. It has been a month since they diagnosed my HVAC system, and I am still waiting for the repair. The process has been derailed by constant delays and poor inventory management. After waiting through an initial excuse about a warehouse emergency, they ordered the incorrect part. The most frustrating point was when they finally scheduled an installation appointment, only to notify me right beforehand that the wrong part had arrived again. A simple verification check when shipments arrive could have easily prevented this. Terrible communication, zero accountability, and the work was never done.
