• We’ve been customers of ABC heating and air for over 4 years now. We continue to be impressed by their professionalism, knowledge and care for their customers. They service our units every 6 months. Our recent service guy Marcos discovered we had mold growing in our system. He alerted us to the problem, took multiple pictures to support what he was explaining and explained in great detail the solution. He worked with us on price and made sure we understood exactly what the work would entail and how the new UV lights would eliminate the mold. We then had the work preformed by their service crew Isaiah and Lucus. They did an excellent job of detailing the job and the multiple steps it would take to complete the job. They were so professional and knowledgeable. They took so much care to be respectful of our home and to complete the work to the highest standard. We are very impressed and pleased by ABC and the service they provide.

• You can’t ask for better service when your AC goes out on a Saturday night in Orlando. I was able to get a hold of ABC Air Conditioning and Heating right away and got an appointment scheduled for Sunday morning. Our technician, Tommy, was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He quickly diagnosed the issue as a bad capacitor, got it fixed, and gave us a very fair price on both parts and labor. What impressed me most was his transparency. He gave us an honest assessment of our unit’s overall condition, but at no point did it feel like a high pressure sales pitch. Any HVAC company that provides fast, reliable, and honest service on a weekend absolutely deserves a 5/5 rating. I’ve already saved their business card, and when the time comes for a full system replacement, ABC Air will be the very first call I make.

• They created a report for my house regarding a warranty issue. They then refused to send me the report they sent the GC, and after they confirmed their ownership was friends with the GC, they said they could not send me the report and I'd have to pay for them to come out to generate a new report... Seems pretty suspicious to me. Spoke to their manager Andrea and after refusing to send me the report for my own home, she said she wasn't violating any laws and had to put me on hold to pull up their privacy policy. Of course she left me on hold and never returned(classy, real classy). I called back and she refused to answer the phone and passed it to a guy named Eddie... Terrible organization. If I could give them 0 out of 10 i would.
