They're always quick to send folks out, and since our system was very old and the manufacturer price on the part was very high, we decided to replace our aging system rather than risk more old parts breaking soon. They were able to schedule us quickly and got the job done in one day. It's been about half a month now and everything's working great. Definitely appreciate their speed and fair pricing, especially after hearing from neighbors about other companies upping prices during summer. There's definitely a reason I call Webster's whenever I have trouble.

Unprofessional, incompetent, and absolute scammers. Do not trust this company. We have a two-story home and paid them $500 last week to fix our cooling issues. Their first tech just threw a temporary "Freon top-off" bandage at the system, cleaned the lines, and left. Nothing changed. Our downstairs stayed hot, our upstairs froze, and our return vents kept making a loud, roaring noise. When a second tech from Websters came out today, he tried to claim a completely different unit was low on Freon. When we objected, he changed his story to a $3,000 "cracked evaporator coil" replacement and we might consider replacing the unit. When I pointed out the roaring vents and asked how a new coil or unit would fix our obvious airflow issues, instead of answering my valid customer questions, he threw a tantrum, told me "I'm done," and stormed out of my house. These people either have no idea how to diagnose actual airflow or duct issues in multi-story homes or just don’t care enough to since they can keep coming back and charging over and over.

When asked for a diagnostic and to contact me (primary contact listed) they “fixed it” didn’t tell me what they did, got consent from my AUTISTIC brother and took advantage of him by charging him over $800. all of that AFTER verifying with me that I AM to be contacted for payment and to address the work. I then spoke with another male who then laughed when I explained to him what happened. Not sure what kind of business these people are running, but I would try another professional company.
