• This was a bit complicated. DC/AC was my third call. I tried Service Experts first. Told me my drain was clogged and I need a new system. They also brought along a very unknowledgeable person who wanted to sell insulation, new duct work, water heater and system. Of course they didn't fix it. I called a second company and at least they were honest and said they couldn't figure it out. Then I called DC/AC. It took two trips but they took the time to figure it out. Ended up just a bad thermostat. They switched it out and everything has been great since. Very fair pricing for an emergency call.

• This business is not 24hrs as stated on their website. They take calls 24hrs but that does not mean that you will receive service at the time you call or even after an hour. I had to call twice to get someone to answer. When the first agent answered they told me they would relay the info to the technician. I asked about how long should I wait. I was advised an hour and provided my information. I waited I called again and again and they answered the second call. And Ms. Katrina asked for my information. I advised her that I had previously called and already provided the information. Her response was a bit unprofessional especially with the tone she had. She could have worded it differently. I told her I was informed to wait an hour for a response from a technician. She advised me that I received wrong information. That the response was dependent on the technician… To recap 1. Not 24hrs, inconsistent information from phone agents and their website 2. Customer service not really great They need to update the website/Google maps. And train their phone agents better so they’re providing reliable and accurate information. Edit: I’m aware of who I called. I’ve added pictures as reference And if you don’t have an employee named Katrina then whoever answered obviously gave me false information.

• I have been looking for a family oriented AC company for a while. I was so glad to have found DC/AC. We signed up for the maintenance plan as soon as I talked to the representative on the phone. They are very honest and thorough as well as very knowledgeable and professional. They sent Doug out on the day I selected and he was fantastic. Did a thorough cleaning and inspection for me. Shower me some things the previous companies I used that were not so great but found nothing that needed to be done now. He went out of his way to explain in plain English everything he looked at and did for my system. So great to have found a reputable company and I'll request Doug for the next visit as well.

My condenser coil developed a leak, and Carrier initially told us it would be about two weeks before the replacement part would arrive. DC/AC went the extra mile and paid to have Carrier freight the part, getting it to us a full week sooner. The team also worked around my tight schedule on the day they had available to complete the repair. • Where to start… our AC went out on a Friday and DC/AC was there on a Saturday to do the installation. We also had some duct work added to a converted garage space. The entire team has been phenomenal. Jason is extremely communicative and has gone above and beyond to help fine tune the system in the house. Rob and the installation team was also extremely pleasant and professional. They completed the job as described, cleaned up after themselves and helped me as a customer understand every part of the process. They even provided us with an upgraded smart thermostat, that Rob helped set up. Did I mention that they offer a great maintenance program with the new unit?
