• Extremely disappointed is an understatement. Diamond Air Conditioning installed our HVAC system in 2024, and since then, the system has stopped working approximately 8–10 times. For a relatively new HVAC system, that level of repeated failure is completely unacceptable. A new HVAC system should provide reliable operation, not repeatedly stop working within just a few years of installation. At this point, the frequency of these failures raises serious concerns about the reliability of the original installation. What is particularly frustrating is that this is not an isolated incident. This has happened 8–10 times since installation. That is an extraordinary number of failures for a system that was installed as new. After this many failures, I expect the company to take responsibility, identify the underlying cause, and provide a permanent solution rather than brushing me off and requiring a paid service call. Eight to ten failures in less than three years is not acceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering a new HVAC system to avoid this company at all costs if you expect a reliable solution. Photos included to depict the workmanship for a brand new installation. The credibility and confidence that they can properly handle a repair is worth far more to me than simply paying for the repair itself. This system already failed two inspections during the original installation before it was finally brought into compliance.

• AHS dispatched Diamond Air Conditioning and Heating to our home regarding our A/C unit air handler not working. Diamond A/C called us (Dunia who is Amazing) the same day and prioritized us (in our 70's) scheduling us the very next morning, even though they are extremely busy with this summer ☀️ heat. The next day the technician Sam arrived first thing in the morning. Sam is very Professional and knowledgeable and diagnosed the issues. Air handler blower and wheel and capacitor are no good. • Please do not use diamond air conditioning. Dunia was very rude on the phone. Nate the dispatcher, lies to customers on the phone and is not knowledgeable or professional They work for american home shield warranty but technicians try to sell me stuff I do not need. I found out that the techs work off commission on selling other parts and air purifiers and uv lights. Also drain line was supposed to be covered under my policy and I was charged $350 for a clogged drain line. Scam! But if the unit is covered under warranty, why am I having to pay money out of pocket for things I do not need? Vincent, Troy, Sam, and Nate at the office were very rude and disrespectful towards me on the phone, worst techs and management I have ever spoken with or cane in contact with. Nate told me I as a customer was not worth gas for their techs to drive all the way to orlando and back to pick up a part but then Said the part was not in stock and he ordered it and said it would not be available until the next day. Been out of air conditioning for almost a week and for the rude comments they told me, not sure how they are still in business. Not good business ethics. They are trained to look for more then what is wrong with the unit to sell and make the company money. Upfront honest people text office staff or company do not use this company ever. I know I’m not the only one as you can see on the reviews. Lots of people have this type of issue. They Lie and scam and rip customers off. They train their techs to sell and sell only because they work for the warranty company and they make no money off that so they have to sell stuff in order for the company to make money. That’s not how you do business. They have people come out multiple times to just add refrigerant when there’s leaks they never fixed the leaks. There should be against the EPA policies and guidelines as if refrigerant is low. There’s a leak and just adding refrigerant. It’s just not fixing the issue and you’re just causing. Just trying to make money. Which is what this company doing? Their text just come out Vincent and Tony. I believe his name was and Sam and all these other ones just come out and add refrigerant and then a week later they come out and do it again. Avoid them at all cost because it’s gonna cost you money lots of money on things you don’t even need whenever their techs come out they will lie to you and make you think that you’re getting good service but you’re really not you’re getting scammed and they’re pretending to fix parts that aren’t broken just to make money. I took pictures of Tony, Vincent, and Sam releasing refrigerant into the ground doing a new install at my house and i was taking pictures and they told me I was not allowed to take photos on my property of then doing that. Also lied to a customer I knew personally and said they needed a needed a new unit and Sam and Dunia told the technician to lie to my friend and tricked them into buying a new unit because Sam said their company needed more installs and instead of doing the right thing, they still scammed them into a new unit. Then another friend that uses american home shield, was told $1500 for a new drain pan and Sam and Tony and Dunia told American home shield the customer did it just to pass the customer off to someone else another company, Tony was told by Sam to put a hole in the drain pan and blame the customer. If this is how business is ran, this company should be shut down. Photos will be supplied to the right people.
