After a year of new unit I can say that I should’ve done it way earlier than holding on to old unit x 25 yrs. This was 1st year of tune up and everything went smoothly. Joshua was professional and educated me on unit and gave me a good report

This was the second time this company has come to my house. Serviced my air conditioning. This time was a Seasonal maintenance check up. Joshua was very nice and really seemed to know what he was doing. He showed me everything that needed to be done and told me how much it would cost before he did the work. He gave me recommendations and suggestions as to what I should do. I made up my mind and while it took him longer to do the things that I actually I need it done. He stayed to complete the project. He cleaned up after yourself and left me a little bit. Poor but much better condition for the coming seasons. He was very pleasant very polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you, Joshua.

September 30, 2026 Bailey came out to do the job after giving me an estimate two days ago. He was awesome! And Justin, the manager, also came out to help him for a bit. Bailey went above and beyond and did an excellent job! I would never use any other company. I highly recommend them!

Could not ask for better service! Sean is quite the asset for this company. The explanation of the problem was clear and understandable. No one is a fan of paying for ac problems but the prices were fair and don’t timely. Btw ask about the maintenance plan. It is quite reasonable for these old Florida houses.

I highly recommend them! They have saved my butt a couple of times now. Most recently, the AC at my Orlando rental property went out on my tenants on Saturday morning. Comfort Pros came through last-minute on the weekend and resolved the issue immediately. I want to give a special shoutout to Sean as well. He is extremely professional, communicates everything clearly, takes pictures of the issues, and keeps you fully informed throughout the entire process.

I see why this co has only 5 star reviews-add another to the list. Owner Billy very friendly and professional. Had 20 yr old a/c that needed replaced. Billy returned my call w/in 30 minutes. Said he would b at the house nxt day at 8:30-he was there at 8:30. Said I’d have some quotes that afternoon-and I did. Gave me several options with very reasonable pricing-much less than 1 of the other quotes. Install crew also right on time 2 days later and installed our new unit in the 6-7 hrs he said would take. Crew also very friendly and professional and did a great job. My new go to co for A/C

My fiancé and I just purchased a townhome in Longwood, FL that had two A/C units, one from 2008 and another unit from 2014 and both units were in dire need of maintenance and repair. Our realtor Blaine, recommended Comfort Pros Air & Heat and we couldn't be happier with the service! Unfortunately, we had to replace both units, which we got a great deal on and I loved the fixed price way of working, rather than worrying about being charged for additional things as the project went along. They handled getting an electrician, replacing both units and the job was done in about 8 hours. While testing the system, the technician said they needed to upgrade the size of the return vent for the main system, which was completed one week later and at no additional charge! Amazing! I would recommend Comfort Pros Air & Heat to anyone looking for a local, honest and hardworking team. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Thanks again to Billy, Justin and team that worked hard in the heat in the middle of August! August 2026 Update: The team at Comfort Pros continues to impress, they found a leak in the system just before the 2 year warranty expired and despite not being able to get the part or work scheduled until after the warranty expired, they still covered the repairs. These guys are so friendly and honest, which is hard to find these days. Thanks again Comfort Pros team!
