• We should have written this review a few years ago but didn’t get a chance. The owner Suleyman came out to help us when our furnace died in early winter. He was professional, competitive, thorough and efficient and a saviour when we needed heat during a cold spell.the winter. He did what he promised and over delivered on service. You will not regret calling him. You are not just another job, owner cares, loves what he does and you will not get the run around with him. When our hot water tank went down this month we should have called him but called Milani because Milani installed original hot water tank. That was a huge lesson and mistake for us to learn from. Milani put in hot water tank two days after promised, gave us the run around and made a crucial error that caused our furnace to shoot out cold air. We called Suleyman from Advance and he came out right away and spotted the mistake Milani plumbing made. Lesson learned we will call Advance in future for all of our needs! I hope this info helps someone:)
