• I am changing from 5 stars to 2 stars This is my third consecutive year scheduling the annual service, and I have noticed that the scope of the service seems to be decreasing each year. During the first year, the outdoor unit was fully disassembled and thoroughly cleaned, and the ductwork in the attic was inspected completely. During the second year, the outdoor unit was only cleaned externally, and the attic inspection was performed only after I specifically requested it. This year, the attic was not inspected at all, and the outdoor unit was not cleaned. Given this trend, should I expect even less to be included next year if I schedule another annual service? I would appreciate some clarification on what is actually included in the annual service and whether the service procedures have changed over the years.
